A good room for 1 night in transit.

We booked a room at the Bistritsa hotel only for one night, in transit to the Greece. The room was nice, clean and adequate for us. The hotel is near the park in Sandanski, very close to the cental area.

I called to the number of the hotel that I received from Booking, it was very difficult to communicate with the other person. At the end we waited in front of the building, a lady come and showed us the room. This lady did not speak at all English and she couldn't take the money for the room using our card (which was ok in all the other situations). We had to change some euros in leva to pay.

I didn't manage to get there. Reception was closed.

I didn't manage to get into the hotel. Reception was closed, person who answered my phone did not speak English so conversation wasn't possible as I do not speak Bulgarian. I had to urgently find another hotel. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who does not speak Bulgarian.

Локацията е много добра.

Доста куца организацията.Един рецепционист обслужва двата хотела.Забавиха ме 1.30ч докато почистят стаята от предните гости.Скоро пак ще пътувам в района,но ще посетя друг хотел.Без Бистрица... :(
