Nothing memorable, nust a clasic room

We arrived really late into the evening, already notifying the hotel we will do so. The guy at the reception desk, that I assume was the guard, didn’t speak english, he demanded payment in cash (as the regular staff working at the reception finished the shift for the day and he had no access to any POS machine). So at 11PM we had to drive back into town, find an ATM, withdraw some cash so we can do the checkin. When we asked for an invoice or receipt we were instructed to check out after 9 AM, when the regular staff was probably coming to work. As we had to leave way earlier, I requested in a mesaage to send me the invoice via email. Two weeks later still no reply from them. The water from the toilet was continuously running, the room had a strange smell. I would never recommend this hotel

The size of the pool.

The water in the pool was too hot. There were many kids on a group vacation and the staff did not place them in same area, which caused discomfort as they were really noisy, the cleaning staff also did not pay much attention to the people who are on a vacation and when requested to come back later, they did not come back.

Terrible smell of never cleaned furniture in the room. Smell of chemicals as in a hospital in the bathroom. The restaurant is the poorest and sad place in the region. Everything bad you can imagine about a hotel existing only to get a profit from naive clients is there.

The outdoor pool was not working. The hotel is feeling like it is renovating, the spa was poor with no ambient inside. The room was dirty, dust in the wardrobe, small insects walking in the room. The hotel has poor stuff, for example in the restaurant during the breakfast, there were no stuff cleaning the left tables.

The property is in good location

The rooms don’t have double beds. The breakfast was poor and the service was not good. We had to pay additional charges for using bath robs. The room was not clean around the beds. The interior of the rooms needs refreshing.

I think that will become one of our favourite places to have a vacation.

Breakfast is ok, the pool is great-the outdoor one is quite large and the water is warm even in the morning and in the evening, and it's clean also. SPA is kept to a minimum-sauna for a fee.

There were not hangers for the towels in the bath. We used the heating radiator but it was little one and they often fell down.

Great pool. Nice breakfast (lot of fruits and vegetables). Nice place to stay for one night on the way to the border.

We couldn't find one person to speak English. There are no glasses in the room and the light sensor în the bathroom was odd (the light turned Off with you în the bathroom). The air conditioner was a bit loud and the temperatura can not be changed.

Hotel reservation confirmed by booking. When I arrived in place at 4.00 in the morning I was told there were no rooms. The stuff was not helpful no other explanations speaking only Bulgarian at least the one at the reception.

Definitely wouldn't go there again nor will I recommend it to friends. Real bad value for money.

Guess there were only two things me and my family liked. One was the location as it is very near to the city park and slightly outside the bustle of the city. The second thing was the size of the outdoor pool and that it was not overcrowded.

Hygiene and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. We had to change first apartment with another one (only thanks to the fact that they had a free one) due to cockroaches during the night and also the toilet was not fixed properly to the floor. Not to mention the fact that the air conditioning was not working properly. The sofa bed was also terrible to sleep on. Food at the restaurant was mediocre quality.

bad stay overall, i don't recommend, be prepared to pay extra for things that should be included

Overall cleanliness was poor. The bathroom smelled bad at all times. The balcony was never cleaned. We couldn't use the chairs on the balcony as there were extremely dirty and dusty. We had to ask for toiletries as they were not left in the room. In the room, our double bed wasn't even, one of the mattresses was lower than the other one, thus sleeping was very uncomfortable. The rooms not maintained- lots of stains on the walls, door, tiles. The staff was not polite and did not wear masks at the reception. Refilling (water, milk, etc) at breakfast was taking too long, if not lacking completely. Hotel spa facilities were shockingly not maintained and cleaned properly. Even in the morning, you could see filthy particles on the pool surface. Not to mention that we had to pay extra for bathrobes, slippers and the sauna that wasn't even turned on. Even though, it says the sauna is free for hotel guests, they wouldn't let us use it unless we payed extra for it. For a hotel that bases its advertising on its spa and wellness facilities, this is unacceptable.
