Nice apartment with fantastic pool facilities in a great location.

Accommodation looks tired with scratches on the wallpaper from previous guests and scuffs on the wall where the oven door has scratched the wall on opening.

I like the vibe and energy of the place

A perfect, worry-free getaway that left us wanting to return

We loved everything about this hotel. Our apartment was brand new, and you could still smell the fresh furniture. The staff was very friendly, especially the chef, Gjoso. My wife is lactose intolerant, so we were worried there wouldn’t be many food options for her, but that was not the case. Since we stayed outside the high season and there were not many guests, we informed the kitchen staff and they did their best to prepare some of the dishes without milk. The pool is large with warm water, the jacuzzi is great, and the spa is perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. We were on full board, and on the day of our checkout we thought we would only get breakfast, but they told us that we could also order lunch. They prepared it for us as a takeaway when we checked out at 10:00. We would love to come back and we highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay!

The property has everything from indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finish Sauna to steam rooms. The location is amazing as well, right in the nature's lap. It has all the basic amenities required to live in a hotel/apartment.

A bit outdated rooms, bedrooms were good but the living ro was old. If you want to live in Bansko or Banya, then it's a bit far, but if you have car then it shouldn't be an issue.

Exceeded expectations

The two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and you could go to the terrace from each of the bedrooms and the living room. Nice view of to the garden and mountains

There was some water leaking from a pipe that is part of the heating system in one of the bathrooms. It did not cause us troubles or discomfort though.

We had a lovely stay at the property, nice staff and pretty location, not everyone knew English.

The room was big, clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to beautiful countryside.

Most of the staff didn’t know English or didn’t have very good English. The food at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The hotel is on the outskirts of the village.

Location was good in relation to ski lifts, really enjoyed use of the spa after a long day of skiing. Sauna was lovely, as were the pool and hot tub.

Bathroom in our flat smelled weird the entire time we were there, from check in to when we left. Staff could have been friendlier, felt like we were bothering them whenever we asked a question. There were never enough towels in the spa area.

Great place to stay with a friends/family for a ski trip! Quick walk to town!

Booked a massage, massage was really good and such a great price! Staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly. We were missing breakfast on the last day due to our flight being earlier in the day so we had to leave the hotel at 7am. There were 8 of us in this group and the hotel packed us breakfast and gave it to us the night before!!! Sandwich, snacks, cake, water, they were so sweet to do that for us! We booked one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom apartment for our group. The 3 bedroom is where i stayed and it was absolutely amazing! Extremely happy with how cozy everything was and clean!! They always had someone down in reception no matter what time and they'd help us call taxis or with literally anything we needed!

Superb apartment in Bansko

Very nice, well heated, comfortable and clean apartment, fully equiped. Warm welcome by the staff. Large indoor pool, with jacuzzi. The ski telecabin is not far, we went there by foot.

Could have been better

Staff were helpful, pool area was great, bar and restaurant area was good.

Location wasn't great, quite a walk up from the gondola and no street lighting after a certain point so walking in the pitch black with 4 children wasn't ideal. We were in apartment 45, which could have been great, however, there wasn't a single hook to hang jackets or towels. Being a family of 6 for a skiing holiday with nowhere to hang ski coats and towels was quite frustrating. Also, really felt like the complex should invest in new bedding. The duvets and pillows were very stained. Pillows extremely lumpy. All in all it was fine for a cheap holiday but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

very bad relation price-quality

The location is ok, in a quiet zone in Bansko, but not too far from the ‘Gondolas’

Where to start? overall the relation price-quality is really bad. the facilities are not bad, but the service provided is really bad. - we asked for extra towels for the pool and spa and they don’t have any (not even for the room) - they cancelled the shuttle/transfer to the ski slopes 5 minutes before the schedule; - we asked a extra bed (and paid 50€/night) but we got a mattress in the floor - before 8am and after 6pm you won’t find a hotel’s employer that speaks English - they didn’t let us watch a football game in the couches and in front of the fire place, on the lobby after the 10 pm - bad Wi-Fi connection - the elevator doesn’t work well

The location of the Aparthotel was pretty good. The double room was very spacious. The food was pretty good for a 3 star hotel, even if nothing fancy.

The staff was a bit rude or unprepared. When we arrived one man, that was not speaking english, did not know to tell us the dinner hours, and spa schedule ( or he did not understand our questions). Also he told us that we can enter the hotel with our ski boots. Next day another lady from the receptions told us that is forbidden to do so. The hair dryer did not work in our room, there was no change possible. We had to ask for towels in our room and bath robes for the spa, even if they should have been available from the start. Other friends of mine waited 1 day for some towels.

Good value for money for a ski trip

Room was basic but had what we needed. The pool, sauna and steam room was definitely a perk after a day on the slopes. Breakfast had a good variety. Room and hotel were lovely and warm.

Our room didn't get cleaned at over our 5 day stay. The shower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor (which thankfully had a drain in the middle of it) so it was always wet. Breakfast starts from 8 - ideally would have liked to had this earlier so we could get on the slopes earlier (as gondola queue 2hours!) this meant it was very busy with skiiers at 8am most mornings. Coffee was poor quality.
