We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall.

The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny

Decent hotel but I don't think I'll be coming back.

I thought the front desk staff seemed nice and attentive. Check in process was quick and easy. The room was a great size and I thought the setup of the kitchen area was really good.

The room itself could have been cleaner. The shower had streaks like they attempted to clean but they were not thorough in cleaning. Also, the breakfast food tasted stale on both mornings so it made breakfast unpleasant because it did not taste fresh.

Staff, accommodations, breakfast, and cleanliness were top-notch!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The mattress could be replaced (a small divot on one side of the mattress).

Great value and location near a mall

Ran out of breakfast. They were slow replacing. Lobby apparently closes at 11pm and I wasn’t able to sit with family for a short time. One of the elevators was broken and we had to wait forever to go up and down.

Disappointing

Had a room facing the highway, the windows have no sound insulation at all so we were unable to sleep the traffic noise was so loud.

Hotel was decent but elevator was broken first day but they had ot fixed . The problem was we woke up to ants over our stuff and around the room. We seen 2 or 3 when we checked in to room but thought nothing of it. Next day when we woke uo they were every where. Manager sent someone up to spray and apologized and tried to handle it but similar to breakfast they didn't have enough staff. Every where us having staff issues so I understood but wife wasn't having it.

The Ant problem was the main reason for rating and broken elevator for money spent on this room

only 1 of 2 guest elevators were working during our stay. there was actually about a 6 hour period where no elevators worked and we had to carry our 2 year old up the the 4th floor.

A nice place, but over charged

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with lots of options.

My total on booking.com said $525, but when I checked in, they said they could not see the price for booking.com and charged me $570 plus a $40 incident fee. So my total was $610 instead of $525. I was not happy about the almost $100 increase in price.
