It was a nice clean room with lots of restaurants nearby and not far from the Children’s Museum.

Everything looked clean. Person at the desk was pleasant. Room was quiet. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and the tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.

I booked this hotel because of the nice looking pool. My 2 grandsons, 8 & 11yo were looking forward to swimming Monday afternoon but the water was freezing. This was part of their Christmas present and I was disappointed but not as much as they were.

Very clean, desk staff friendly. Breakfast wide variety and very clean and well done.

Taxes are to high, not clearly communicated. Food is good. Location is okay.

Breakfast was good, had a variety of foods each day. Including a different meat & egg each day. Better than fast food & gas station food. Worse than a breakfast or brunch place. Included and convenience big factors in the breakfast.

Housekeeping either missed us a day or is every other day. They're light on towels if you have two or more people you may need to ask for additional towels. LARGE hotel tax added about $150 for 3 nights.

This location was staffed with friendly, helpful individuals and was quite clean and comfortable.

Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I left items in the room when we checked out and they were very helpful in locating them so I could get them picked up.

Don't know. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast and weren't in the hotel for a great length of time during our stay.

2 things - the showerhead was meh. The water pressure wasn’t that great. I’m short so it was hard to adjust. Another was the pillows. The bed was ok, but the pillows weren’t very good

Very clean, modern facility. No hassle service. Great fee parking. For the best breakfast go to the RIZE restaurant in the Ironworks hotel which is nearby.

great location to where we needed to be this weekend.

finding old food in our fridge…and the lack of care for all the teens running around between 11pm-4am fri/sat keep us awake when we needed to be up at 430!!! Got the corner room thinking it would be quieter as we NEEDED a good night sleep for a huge day ahead… didn’t help and actually made it worse.
