Great location! Great staff. Room was perfect for our overnight stay!

Front desk staff was very friendly! I asked for a room with an accessible bathroom. It was exactly what I needed. The bathroom was spacious as well as the rest of the hotel room. I appreciated all the USB ports. The automatic drapes was an interesting touch. The housekeeping staff left us 4 towels. I appreciate not having to ask for more towels. And the clock on the night stand actually worked and was accurate. The location was ideal for where we were going. It was less than 15 minutes to the event we were attending.

The weather! Rain, rain, which then froze overnight and made the parking lot slippery. Certainly not the fault of anyone working at the hotel.

Great Stay and Good Location

Enjoyed our stay, large mobility room (not requested). Clean and comfortable. Just down the road from the speedway, eating close by. Staff was great and very hospitable.

Perhaps quicker room service given they only clean every other day, by Noon we had not had the room serviced.

My reservation that I paid for was not honored by the hotel.

I paid for a king bed, but there were none available when we checked in. We were given 2 queens instead (which was fine). I requested a partial refund but was denied by host. This tells me that booking with booking.com is unreliable and/or the hotel didn’t honor the booking.

Overall a very good experience

The room was very clean and we appreciated the larger supply of shampoo, ect in the bathroom instead of small individual bottles.

The pool water did not seem very clean. Also, the tiles around the pool are extremely slippery and our son fell several times, even though he was walking carefully. Our kids were disappointed in the pool.

Nice location and wonderful staff

Great location. A short drive from the zoo as well as the children’s museum. Lots of food choices in the area which is nice since we all like different stuff. Walked to Freddie’s for ice cream. My wife and daughter went down for breakfast and said they had a good variety with excellent staff. The AC was amazing. The hotel smelled fresh and clean throughout. Would stay again for sure.

The beds in comparison to home were mehh. Needed more trash receptacles. There was spilled milk in the fridge that was leaking out onto the bottom of the cabinet. We cleaned it up. Loud doors. We would still stay again.

Great family hotel

The hotel was so clean and comfortable. The rooms were quiet and very large. We come to Pacers games often and this will be our new go to hotel to stay in.

The WiFi was down while we were there. I also feel like they needed more front desk staff. There was a large crowd checking in when we arrived. A front desk manager was training a new employee and there was a long wait to check in.
