Absolutely the best!

We’ve styled at several hotels when we travel out of Indianapolis, and this was by far the cleanest and had a staff that was very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Indy!

Our stay was okay. The beds and breakfast wasn't great but the staff & the cleanliness were amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked how clean it was. I liked the location.

The breakfast wasn't great. It was just fine. No milk substitutes at all. Only green apples by the front desk as fruit options. But if you want a quick breakfast they had the basics. But compare to another Home 2 Suites that we just checked out of the other place's breakfast was way better. And the beds were hard, which was surprising.

This a a new facility with everything to make you comfortable. Breakfast eating on real plates. Nice breakfast selection. Large gathering place in lobby. The rooms are new and nice layout. Would be perfect for long stays.

Nice suites, including relaxed dining-in-the-room.

We always use the adjacent Park-and-Relax for our car, and stayed here for the beginning and ending flights of a business trip. The hotel suite has a dining table, plates, microwave, dishes, etc. -- perfect for an evening dinner of reheated Chinese take-out or other meals for two. Very efficient shuttle to the airport. Quiet, wonderful place to relax before/after a trip!

Our room had a recessed handle for the bathroom door which was awkward to us -- a regular handle would be better. Otherwise, perfect and we'll always stay here for similar trips.

Love it, but wish you could control the AC/Heat.

I love staying at Home 2 suites Indianapolis Airport whenever I have a very early morning flight. Not only do they have an airport shuttle, but I can leave my car parked in their lot for the duration of my vacation. The staff are really nice. It's clean. The pool is nice, and warm. My kids love swimming in the pool! I love the size of the rooms. They are very spacious. The kitchenette is awesome, because I can put things in the fridge for breakfast, since we typically get up at 4am. The beds are comfortable. The coffee is good. They also offer tea . Finally, the electric blackout curtains are awesome!

The only thing I had an issue with was: the room was freezing one minute, hot the next. It kept going between AC and Heat. Which made for a bad night's of sleep, because I kept going between hot and cold ALL NIGHT. They don't let you change the settings. And the thing literally kept switching to heat, then AC, then heat.. People who are staying in the rooms should have more control over the climate of the room.

Close to the airport.

The staff was not helpful and it was very noisy. We could hear the TV from the adjoining room very loudly. When we called the front desk, we were told the walls are paper thin and that they couldn’t do anything about how loudly a person listens to their TV. I said we’d go next door to ask them if they’d mind turning down the TV and were told not to do that. We then asked about moving to another room, which wasn’t adjoining. The front desk checked to see if there was another room available, but said you can move but there is no guarantee that the room won’t be noisy and you’ll need to move to another room. We were once again reminded that the walls are paper thin. Not a good answer. We travel a lot and this was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had.

It was a nice place just had an unfortunate situation occur.

It was spacious. The pool the kids loved and great breakfast options.

At 2am our first night we had some guy come to our door banging on it and yelling provocative things asking us to open the door. We had to call security and the front desk to come up. They then left. I called about a hour later after hearing nothing and they said they couldn’t find anyone. To say we had a restless night if they and rest of a trip is an understatement.
