Nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Nice staff.

The rooms were clean

All the beds were u comfortable especially the let out couch. The walls are thin, I could hear everything in the other rooms. The ppl above us were very loud. Bathroom needs updating. Toilet barely flushes.

A room was available.

the room had an extremely pungent smell of concentrated cleaning agent. I opened the windows and left for 8 hours hoping it would subside , but it did not. I had to change rooms. I saw and smelled multiple people smoking all around the property , both cigarettes and marijuana. Not exactly a pleasant environment. The staff was about as alert and attentive as a turd.

Room not clean, only got cleaned after 3 days, no new sheets ever.

Location close to shopping malls and the highway

We were there for five days, and we asked for fresh sheets and for them to make the bed for five days in a row, it was promised five times, and never done. They cleaned the room once in the five days, also I had to practically beg for that, the room was not clean at all when we arrived so we ended up cleaning at arrival ourselves. We are not diva’s by the way, you can see that our other reviews are usually really positive but being ignored and not getting a cleaning for days after arriving in an uncleaned room is nuts at this price point.

Breakfast was very minimal however there was hot coffee

Our unit needed a new bed and had I known the bed was so uncomfortable. I would have reconsidered staying there due to the fact that My husband recently had back surgery and we were placed upstairs having to go up and down several times a day was very concerning. I’m hopeful that there is no repercussions for my husband‘s recent back surgery due to the uncomfortableness of the bed, And having to go up and down the stairs.

The layout of the room is very innovative and it was spotlessly clean. The staff is delightful. Breakfast was great and really tasty with a nice variety. We'll definitely stay again

Reserved handicap room did not get a handicap room. Upon arrival key did not work in the room. Had to Traverse the property since the phones to reach the front desk didn't work in the hallway door didn't work luggage carriers didn't work poorly kept property.

Breakfast was good but I didn’t see the coffee so I ask the lady at the desk and she VERY RUDELY ANSWERED “it’s around the corner like the sign on the wall says” RUDE!!!!!!!

My stay was as stated above , Horrible

I love the location and the rooms use to be very nice.

It was entirely too noisey for me, there was a family acroos the hall from me who had rented two rooms and apparently were fighting and slaming doors through out the night, so I did'nt get much sleep. It was terrible , I usally don't have that problem but this was horrible.

A little disappointed...

Our suite was clean as was the lobby. My group didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but I did stop by the front desk as the breakfast was ending and the dining area was clean and neat. Check-in and check-out were simple. Location was within walking distance for dining options.

The suite seemed dark. There just enough lighting for the unit. I think it was noticeable in the bathroom (especially when I showered) and in the bedroom. My boyfriend tried to use the phone in the bedroom to make a call to the front desk and there was no dial tone. I had the same issue with the other phone in the unit. I went to the front desk to place a request, which wasn't a huge issue; I was more confused about why the phones weren't working than anything. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites and liked them so I was a little disappointed when I came here (my first pick was the downtown location, but this location made more sense for my plans.) It wasn't a bad stay, but I was a little disappointed. I haven't written off Homewood Suites all together; I just wouldn't come back to this location.
