The front desk service greeted us with a friendly hello. Excellent service from the kitchen and housekeeping staffs. I haven't had any problems with the Hilton organization throughout my travels. A 110% rating, keep up the outstanding work.

Indy airport stay

The free airport shuttle. The common areas were nice. The gym was small but clean and functional. I liked that there was a restaurant on site. I liked the free parking.

I wasn't told on check in that housekeeping would be every other day. The food and drink from the on site restaurant was expensive and mediocre. The coffee and "hot water" in the lobby was not always hot. The rooms were dated while the common areas looked updated.

Great location as we arrived very late and we're in our room ASAP. Enjoyed breakfast.

Could have hired more help for breakfast. One person was running constantly trying to refill coffee and getting out the plates of food.

Ideal confortable airport hotel

(1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.

No landscaping yet; and these hotel locations are definitely in Plainsville! Going for a walk is mainly along the enormous shipping/receiving buildings that dominate this neighborhood. A lack of trees; but maybe these will eventually come over the next decade or two.

Pleasent stay

The room was clean and spacious The swimming pool and whirlpool was nice The gym was good The breakfast was nice Location near the airport was great It may be strange but i like rooms with microwaves and my room was equipped with one The coffee and coffee maker in the room is amazing

The view of my room, when i look from the window i see the roof equipment on my level "level2" so i can see nothing The A/C was noisy, i switch it of so i can sleep The lights in the room needs to be increased a little bit
