Great place, nice facility… Staff could not control out of control people

Did a short overnight 15 minutes from home to get away for Valentine’s Day. It was perfect for what we were looking to do with restaurants close by and then on-site bar.

Everything was wonderful until we went to bed, our adjoining room had at least 10 people in it having a party we called security four times the last time at 3:10 AM that came up twice. My decibel meter on my phone was approaching 70 dB at 3 AM. The last time security left, we could hear through the wall that they were gonna come over and kill us because they knew we called in on them and they had the right to party all night if they wanted to because they paid for the room. It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I paid extra for the high room and thought we would have a great relaxing time. And I was correct until we went to bed and we’re woken up several times. At checkout, I let the staff listen to multiple recordings that I made from my bed and was offered compensation on top of my Bonvoy account. That compensation was never sent there was not even an apology and I left at 10:45 and went home and took a nap. Needless to say this will probably cause me to rethink staying at a hotel overnight for a special occasion locally.

Horrible and they will never get my business again

NOTHING

This has always been one of my favorite places to stay, but this visit was completely different. The attitude and atmosphere were rude and dismissive. I was literally forced to carry my belongings down one by one with my daughter because staff refused to locate a trolley for us. As a regular guest who has spent thousands here, the lack of empathy, communication, and basic courtesy was shocking. Blake, in particular, treated me as if I was doing something wrong. His tone was disrespectful, and he acted as though I hadn’t paid, despite the fact that I always pay in advance. This stay was chaotic and unprofessional, and I have no idea what changed at this property. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I refuse to spend another dime where I’m disrespected and made to feel unwelcome. Plus the bed sheets were filthy this go round as well

Excellent

Clean, friendly, on-site bar open late, connected via hallway to parking lot and mall. Super clean and clear swimming pool and giant hot tub, so many fitness machines. Would have loved to stay longer!

Only thing I didn't like, is the bathroom counters seemed really short. I'm 6'3 but even my girls 5'8 thought the same. But the bathroom was very bright and duper clean.

I shoulda stayed at a Hilton, they would have never.

I liked the location.

Housekeeping comes around at 9:30 am banging on doors to see which rooms are vacant, checkout isn’t until 12. The shower was tiled, so I’m assuming the housekeeper who didn’t clean it thought we wouldn’t be able to see the strands of hair and feel the dirt under our feet. Asked for toothpaste, took two hours to get.

We loved the location. The pool area and gym were very nice. The lobby and bar area was great!

The lady checking us in was nice but very hard to understand. The bar tender was not the friendliest and mentioned she was sick... She closed the bar and hour early, which wasn't a big deal for us but others that came down were disappointed because the front desk said midnight. After the stay on the way home I noticed numerous $50 charges on my account from the Sheraton. I knew I spent $15 at the bar and $40 (20/day) for parking only..

Decent hotel but staff needs to accommodate for road travelers

The breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed in knowing after spending too much money for 1 night stay that the hotel couldn’t accommodate me by allowing me to stay just 1 hour extra to rest before taking long road trip back home. I wasn’t asking for too much but 1 extra hour to check out.

A good place to stay with indoor access to Keystone Crossing Mall and friendly staff.

Close to family location. Easy to get to. stayed there before so it was familiar. Stopped at the bar one evening and bartender was terrific. Very attentive. We ordered food downstairs at the bar to take to our room which took almost no time.

Breakfast was fine, wait was way too long. Not enough staff on duty and cook was run off her feet.Tried to order room service but there was no answer after multiple tries. Elected to go down to the bar.

The location.

The cleanliness in the bar and restaurant area was gross. The staff at the front desk seemed irritated and overall rude. The fact we had to pay $20 a day for parking. The food was meh. I had stayed one other time and it was a better experience. This time unfortunately was not. I will not be going back.

It was a nice, please evening spent on a special day with my husband.

We made the reservation on line and it was a spur of the moment decision on our anniversary. My husband is really into customer service and felt those at the front desk could have been friendlier when greeting and accommodating Guest. Outside of that I felt the service and facility was very nice. Our room was a great value for the price and we were comfortable in our space. I would recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.I must mention the ability to walk to stores and restaurants that are near the hotel. We thought that there was a free Continental breakfast included with our stay. They have a place within the hotel that you can order coffee and meals while you are there. We ended up going to a restaurant nearby.

For the price, it was worth the money.

The property was well kept however the scent smelled like it was always something burning. Like an iron or dryer.

My mattress was dirty which disgusted me! There was a stain on the floor. The shelf where the fridge sat was like deteriorated wood. The shower wasn’t spotless & there was like red dried up stains in the bathroom under the sink. Housekeeping is lacking. I’ve had cleaner at mid level hotels.

We were placed in a disabled persons room which is fine, but the floors in the bathroom were filthy and sticky and there were left over hair ties on the counter and floor and dirty pink wash cloths on the counter, it was like someone came in and got ready and then left room, disappointing for sure. We stay here often and I don't think I will return

Rooms were not the normal quality as in the past. We were given 2 choices and booked in advance- a room with a "faint odor" or a room with a broken tv. Breakfast was not fresh. The mini Starbucks café had no employee present. Muffins were dry and stale.

Room was great except for the previous comment

Air wasn't working properly. Checked in and turned air down. Left and didn’t get back to room until around 11:30pm and room still wasn’t cooled down. Was barely blowing any air. Didn’t want to mess with switching room so we just dealt with it. Told guy at checkout and he just said “Ok, sorry about that.” Not sure why but this seems to be the new norm when traveling. Either rooms are dirty or stuff doesn’t work.

I liked the size of the rooms and I also like the large hot tub.

I didnt like the pool. The water was freezing to the point where it was to cold to swim in. I believe that for spending 250 dollars a night that the room should have been above and beyond nice and they could have at least thrown in free breakfast. It was a nice hotel but not $250 a night nice.

Great choice

Great property. It is close to shopping centers, entertainment, and food. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. I had to leave at 3:00 AM for a flight and staff watched me as I walked to my car.

Never again with this place. Really tarnished my expectation of hyatt hotels in general.

Rooms were clean.

Staff said breakfast was not included in the reservation even though it clearly said so. Hotel staff gave only 2 breakfast vouchers as an "apology" for 3 adults and 2 children. So not enough for everyone to have breakfast. So didn't even use it. Poor service for the price. Will never stay there again.

The stairways were trashed with gross unidentifiable material on the railings and walls. This was from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00am, checkout was 12:00.

Pretty terrible. Couldn’t sleep and the beds were uncomfortable and clearly stained.

Not much. It looked alright in the lobby area but the room was not as pictured. The gym was what I was most excited about but 3 different treadmills kept saying they couldn’t “detect” me on it.

It was so hot in the room I turned the air conditioner ALL THE WAY DOWN with the fan on High and it still didn’t do anything! It was hot and we sweated all night. Also the light from the fridge is veryyyy bright and blue so we had to cover it with a bed sheet in the most ridiculous way just to not be blinded by it at night. It was so uncomfortable and the AC unit was in the corner of the room facing the other corner next to the window. Completely nonsensical and it never cooled the roommate down at all. the beds were the worst I’ve slept in at any hotel. The whole experience was generally pretty miserable and I would never stay here again.
