Just okay...won't schedule this hotel again.

It was a quiet, clean room and it met our needs. The breakfast on the first stay was adequate. We were treated kindly.

The staff was just okay in their service. The breakfast was not available on time the second stay. We were expecting a shuttle to the airport at 6 am and they failed to show up. We had to order an Uber service to get to the airport to fly out.

The location to the airport was great.

I had tried to cancel for free with no fees, hotel didnt reach out so I had to message the manager and I emailed him but never got a response. So I called the hotel itself and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So I just said I would keep the room. We get to the hotel to check in and the feont desk cannot find my reservation.. He called the manager and he said I had emailed him so he canceled it himself. But I NEVER got a response back so how was I supposed to know?? Lack or communication. Luckily the hotel just booked me a room through them at a little cheaper of a price. But overall was an annoying experience.

I kind of took the wrong turn according to a GPS. Had to figure out once off the main road. Not sure why it worked that way. However that is not a Hotel problem.

Needs better communication

I liked how it was discreet and in an area easy to access.

Nobody had anything posted that the hot tub wasn't working. That was 95% of the reason I chose it. The breakfast was limited not much of a choice. I asked to have sheets changed after the first night and room tidied up annd she said she would send someone up, I came back to a new set of sheets on the bench folded for me to put on.

we arrived to the airport at 230 am, the front desk sent a shuttle for us, then accommodated to have a late checkout at
