Location is close to a lot

Parking price. And it’s not a secure building. We had someone blocking our vehicle in and left the car then ran back and took off. It was weird

Enjoyed but for the noise level

Good enough for the 24 hrs I stayed never would stay for more than that.

I loved the staff especially the woman working on the breakfast buffet. The coffee was so fresh and the way the food was rotated had me wow. A nice European mix style.

The beds were horrible. It was like a cot in a campground. For the price of the stay I would expect a comfortable bed. I also asked for extra towels twice and never received them. Last the room had a weird way of keeping warm like it would spit cold ac air. Like what was going on. Called and nobody came.

Our stay was uncomfortable, dissatisfying, and disappointing.

The location was convenient

The property was not clean. Our original room was dirty, it smelled like pets were previously in the room, and the bathroom was not clean and smelled like urine. The room we were moved smelled just as bad and was very dusty. One of the front desk workers, who I believe was manager, seemed to be offended/ irritated when I advised them of the condition of our second room as if me bringing this to his attention was an issue. I did not want to take time out of my trip to have to deal with sub-standard hotel conditions. We asked for towels and wash clothes and was told we would have them in minutes, but only received them the following day after having to request them again. My fiancé and I travel often and prefer to stay in Marriott hotels, but unfortunately the particular hotel and staff did not live up to the Marriott standard that we are accustomed to.

Weekend event trip

It was in a good location and I like that it had parking in the building, though the parking is difficult to get into and a little dangerous. I like the moist make up toilettes. Some of the staff were really good at Customer Service and others were average. There is a lot in the area as far as attractions and food options. It is located in a high traffic area so factor an additional time for travel. The staff were on top of things with regards to cleaning. I left late in the afternoon for an event and when I came back that evening, they had cleaned my room and replenished all the towels and toiletries. Ironically, they left an empty food bag in the room, which I thought was funny. I did like that. There was a refrigerator in the room and complementary bottle of waters which they replenished when they came to clean my room which was great.

The television was very difficult to work because the remote control required quite a bit of pressure to get any of the channels change which was inconvenient and annoying. There’s not a lot of channels to watch so if you are planning on spending time in your room watching TV you will be highly disappointed in my opinion. There needs to be capability to cast from your phone, which would give you many more options as what you can watch. The Internet was spotty and I had to keep turning it off to use my phone for different applications. The parking spaces are very small and with all the poles there that creates a lot of danger of hitting something. It’s also very narrow going in and out and around it. The initial staff I dealt with seem somewhat inattentive and didn’t seem very happy to be there. The bed was not comfortable, which is not typical of a Marriott AC from my experience. The room was set up more like a business room and wasn’t warm and inviting like I’d experienced in many other Marriott AC hotels. The price was high for what it was and then on top of that they charge $70 a night for incidentals which to me is a little over the top considering the high price for the room and then having to pay for parking. Hotels seem to just nickel and dime you for everything these days and give very little in return, which is disappointing. The parking scanner in the garage wasn’t working and I had to call for help to be let out the door even though he had just given me a validation.

The location was perfect.

Great location. Requested service to room when we had left, this was not done. Beds were very thin and uncomfortable. Needed to request more pillows and sheets as the room did not have them available for the pull out sofa. There were ants all over the open living space Bathroom was dirty, dried soap and hairs in tub.

Stay away from AC hotel

It's centrally located just off the mag mile.

The bed was not a king bed, you could hear everything all the time. Especially at night is the loudest. You can hear people walking on streets. The beds are zero comfortable. I slept at Super 8 prior night of staying at the AC and would have e much rather stayed at Super 8. There is zero cushion to bed, felt like we were sleeping on cotton balls just stuffed under sheets.

The hotel is located close by to everything! Shopping and eating out is literally walking distance. The amenities were great! They offer breakfast and lunch at a fair price.

There was construction taking place in the building across from the hotel that was partially blocking the front of the hotel entrance. The room we first stayed in had a bad toilet that ended up overflowing and filling the entire room with water.
