I loved the location of the hotel, and how everything is within walking distance so don’t forget to bring your walking shoes! The breakfast is very delicious and I liked how the breakfast items are switched up so we didn’t have the same thing every morning! ALL of the staff are very kind and friendly and have a can-do attitude (which I never see nowadays). They definitely go above and beyond and I love seeing this again!! I also love how they txt you checking in with you on how everything is going and if you need anything you just txt them back and just like that they have the items that you requested to your room within 10 minutes and with a SMILE!
Absolutely nothing! I LOVED my stay at this location AND How friendly and kind the staff are! It’s amazing how much more enjoyable your stay can be when ALL the staff work together and have a can-do attitude with a SMILE!! Thank you so much to all of the employees at this location for being so friendly and having a can-do attitude with a SMILE this made my stay at this location so lovely! ~~~~~~Just a little side note about the other reviews about the elevators being “slow” if people would use some common sense and NOT cram the elevators full of people (over 12 people) and weigh them down the elevators would go a lot faster! Of course they will be a little more slower than normal with the elevators being crammed full of people in one elevator. When the elevators aren’t crammed full of people they are very fast and work exactly how they should work very fast!

All the staff here are friendly. And the sixth floor of the lounge is very well decorated. The sausage is absolutely delicious for breakfast. We had marmalade jam, bagels and waffles. And soft eggs. We had a great breakfast every morning. It was especially nice to have breakfast in our room.
And I tied it up in the city view, and the view was amazing. Thank you for your care about the cleaning. Actually, I had the hotel key in my wallet, which was stolen. I was nervous that the thief had come all the way to the hotel. But that day, the hotel visit was open. I was so surprised that when I went to the lounge, he put on a supervisor who looked strong. His name was Ron. He checked out a room where it could be dangerous. And I lost my card key, and he changed my card without extra charge... The bottom line was that the door was a little loose because it was old. Ron and the waitress at the counter were so nice..
If I ever come back, I really want to tie it up again. And I left my things behind, and I took care of them, too. This is a hotel where I really felt it was kind of you to do things like this. I was very reassured and grateful. And it was even a room with a kitchen, and pots and forks were already in the room, and the sofa and bed were too soft.
The bottom of the bathtub was a little rough in the U.S., maybe because the water is limewater. But it was okay because I didn't take a bath.

we really loved the location. the proximity to everything on mag mile was great. we also enjoyed the suite style of the room and it worked well for our family.
our room was relatively clean, but unfortunately someone left a bunch of gross dried contact lenses in our room above our head board. it just made me wonder if the staff had attention to detail in other areas of cleaning. they did come remove them for us, but for our inconvenience the only offered us $25 worth of points which just felt like not enough to be honest.
