The location, staff, room size with small kitchen, & breakfast was all perfect. Our hotel suite view was beautiful at night, have stayed here before and really enjoy the location. Easy to move around from and close to a lot of places.
The washer ans dryer ste our money. They only gave us one load back. The dryer never worked everything was damp.

I love the location and the pool and the views
I don’t like how the parking said one price to park overnight but I didn’t get anything back from my security deposit

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent and convenient.
The hotel is clean and offers very good value for the price.
The room was comfortable, and the city view is beautiful.
They also include a continental breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
One small thing to note is that the pool could be a bit warmer.

Walking distance near many good restaurants, groceries and places to see.
Breakfast was great, but has not been changed since my stay in 2019. The front desk with Fabiola was super helpful and accommodating.
It’s a a tired, old property that really needs renovation.
There were no designated bellmen to help with the luggage especially for seniors. The valets were helpful only if they are around.

The couch cushions were sinking from use. TV was not working in living room. The breakfast was not great.

Didn't have handicap room and furniture is very uncomfortable.

Close to loads of restaurants and shops. Chicago is quite a walkable city so this hotel was a perfect base for our group. Gym and pool were a great perk. Breakfast was nice.
The room was a bit outdated. The air conditioning didn’t work too well, so the room was constantly hot and stuffy, and the bedroom window wouldn’t open. The water was very slow to drain after having a shower.

Room was small but fine. Kitchen not stocked beyond plates/cups/bowls and some utensils.

Breakfast and location. Check in and out were quick
Carpet and furniture were not as clean as I’d like them to be with two kids crawling around on the floor.

Decent breakfast with the kindest and the most caring staff on the team.
Water pressure in our shower was weak due to splitting water flow between faucet and shower when switching to the shower mode.

Location is good.
Breakfast area was very busy and didn’t have good option for the property. Huge lines and low sitting area. Not worth paying for breakfast

Location.
Uncomfortable access, lobby on the 6th floor. Just two elevators that took forever, dirty, smelly and old.
8.0 / 10.0
Location is quite central. Good spacious room. However, the sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping multiple nights. Housekeeping was great. The front desk was also helpful.
When we arrived, there was no space to offload the luggage from our car as the valet space was already occupied by two cars who had arrived at the same time on a busy street. So was a bit of a struggle managing that. Secondly, the front desk lady gave a great idea to download an app and reserve a parking area at the nearby parking lot for a much discounted price. This information could've been sent by email before arriving and would've saved me 40 dollars and saved me some hassle.

Worst experience total waste of money.
Everything - Room was too small, sofa bed is worst, bathroom door was working at all, black fungus was there in main room at top right corner. Overall -10 rating. Big lesson to me never ever book Hilton group of hotel

Wonderful location, hearty breakfast, comfortable room

The best part was the perfect location - close to the river, close to the subway, and safe. The room had a full kitchen, allowing us to save money on food (there are multiple supermarkets nearby)

I loved that the property was convenient to so many shopping stores and restaurants. There was an indoor pool and gym. They also provided free breakfast. Valet was $72 a night with in and out service, but we chose a recommended lot for $70 for our entire stay with in and out privileges.
We received a notification of there only being one working elevator. This was an inconvenience with us being on the 10th floor. It was easy coming down for breakfast but not at checkout with our luggage. The only working elevator was not working on our day of departure. They were very quick to get it fixed and very apologetic.

It was close to everywhere we wanted to go
It had ONE elevator for the whole hotel, the staff was rude.

Loved social hour and breakfast. Also the location is fantastic for all of the areas we visited.
Room could use some updates. Lights in our room stopped working during our stay.

Breakfast was included and was fairly substantial so it saved us a lot of money. We had a suite room so the bedroom was a separate room. We enjoyed the kitchen as some nights we were really tired after walking a lot during the day and we wanted to take it easy and eat in. On Wednesday night they had a free wine and cheese party for about an hour or two. There was salad and soup there too and so you could have a light refreshment before going out for dinner. It was a great way to meet other guests and share your experiences. We were there during the hot humid weather last week and used the indoor pool three times. It was a refreshing way to get cooled off and it was fairly quiet. We used the train system which was very convenient and only steps away. It was very reasonable to stay there too and we did a lot of comparative shopping before booking and we got reward points.
No complaints. The handle for the toilet was loose and we told the front desk and they notified maintenance and it was fixed quickly.

Overall nice hotel, The staff were nice and the room was nice no issues.
When we arrived We were unable to see the signage indicating the hotel. We drove around and finally decided to just park in a parking garage and walk from there to the hotel. Needless to say the parking garage we were at isn't the one affiliated with the hotel. We also had to download an app to park in the lot.

The breakfast and pool are always the best part of the experience for me and my spouse.
9.0 / 10.0
Location, room size, breakfast and evening social. Clean comfortable beds
Some mold on bathroom ceiling and cosmetic damage to fridge and furniture in room
7.0 / 10.0
Great location, the room is large and has plenty of space for luggage. The shower was very good as well. The air conditioner worked properly and the breakfast was great. The team was polite.
The room and the furniture were clearly outdated, it needed some better maintenance. The room was clean, but the aspect of old has given me a bad impression. The checkin was also a little confusing, its on the 6th floor.
