I think more choice for the breakfast would be good like bacon, nutella, more fruit juice, fruits. The pancake machine was very amazing !! Thanks for the stay, I would let a 8/10

The room was clean, small. We requested a higher floor and staff accommodated us. Front desk took the time to write out directions how to get to the subway and how to take it to Wrigley Field. He then refused a cash tip and said it was part of his job. Sasha at front door was friendly and helpful. Everyone at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very courteous staff. My wife was unexpectedly discharged from Northwestern Hospital a day earlier than expected and the hotel representative gave me a credit for the last day. I am very satisfied with my stay.
