The comfort, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the gym .
About 2 :00 in the morning, the clerk at the desk didn't want to give me a bottle of water.
She said she had to check for my room number first.
Then told me that the water was only for club members and I could get both hot and cold water in the breakfast area
I had to insist before she would give me one 4 ounce bottle of water from up under the counter.
I didn't have that problem with the other staff members, only with her.

Very cool building, in a great location. Staff was great and breakfast was decent. The rooms were smaller than they seemed in photos, and also did not hold noise from the hallways out of the room.
