The hotel was in a wonderful location to everything. A ton of food and shopping near by. The staff, breakfast and complimentary happy was fantastic. The down side was that the TV in our room never worked, part of the room were literally falling apart, we could hear the room next to us through the bathroom vent. Not muffled, clear as day. It kept our kids up all night, as they were very loud. I felt like that was a severe lack of privacy

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was very nice but needs to be shocked every week or after alot of swimmers have been in the pool! Absolutely loved valet, that was definitely a plus. And most of everything you wanna do in Chicago is right next to the hotel!!

Positives- As my friend said as we went to breakfast “the people here are so nice and look happy to work here!” I agree! Eloisa (I hope that is correct-our bartender ) made happy hour on Friday night even happier! She was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting drinks we hadn’t had before just by asking what we usually order. While the floor plan is an open Hallway the rooms kept out sound very well! Only sounds to bother sleep were sirens at night. But that would be at any city hotel so I can’t hold the hotel accountable for that. Fantastic location! Breakfast and Happy hour were too notch! Only negatives (not deal breakers)- The room was great but the bathroom door and fan were aged. The fan was loud. So much I closed the door when sleeping. I had to be sure to push the door closed for it to latch so I could lock the door. But these are common hotel things.

The bathroom had a few dirty towels , the tub was dirty and stuff were coming from the celling above the shower head . I took several pictures. I would never expect that from the Hilton hotels. The staff were great !!!!!

The support staff and the bartenders were very good. The front desk was not very responsive when 2 of their 4 elevators were not working. We waited 15 minutes every time we wanted to use the elevator.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, neat and good size. The free breakfast was excellent !! Its a big place so the staff made was super helpful. The free evening welcome drink was an added bonus. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the main reason we came to stay was the pool and it was cold and we could not enjoy it. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner from day one and I requested via the robot chat but no one ever came to replinish it

Room and amenities were outdated and many things in need of repair or replacement. Phone in our room didn't even have any cords so it was basically useless and we only had one remote to share between the TV in the bedroom and TV in the living space. Room service didn't come to drop off new towels after the first day and after requesting it the next day they came but still left us with no towels. Ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time to and from the 6th floor as 2 of their 4 elevators were broken the majority of the time. The free breakfast was very extensive and run as efficiently as it could be for such a large amount of people, but still resembled a stampedge with the lack of elevators being a real problem. Will check out other options next time we are in Chicago.

Overall, the state was amazing. I just did did not see housekeeping not one time did they clean my room they knocked on my door 8 o'clock of the morning of my checking out. I had to hunt them down for.

Room was dirty check in was slow. The elevators were awful. Amenities like towels and cups were sparse. Breakfast and happy hour were swamped with long times and poor quality items. Toilet clogged and had to ask multiple time for someone to come.
