We only stayed one night and had limited interaction with the host, but she was very friendly and helpful in our short stay. The guesthouse is well located just off the sea front and the bed was very comfortable.

Cozy setting, lovely dining room, easy to get new friends during breakfast time.
Near the promenade, walking distance to city centre and adjacent Newlyn.
The owner, Liz, also gave us much advice on Cornwall.
Room is a bit hot but it is time of heatwave. Breakfast is a bit too simple, some hot foods and daily rotation are appreciated

The owner was pleasant and friendly, the breakfast was nice ( cereal, toast, ham, egg, cheese, croissants etc, ) our room and ensuite was clean and tidy.
Parking in the street under many trees that were occupied by hundreds of birds, my car was absolutely covered in bird droppings each day, had to spend £15 to get my car jet washed, would be nice for the owner to come to an agreement with the rugby club nearby so that guests could park their cars there instead.

No cooked breakfast and no variety in the cold food offered each day. We would prefer a buffet.
