Very pleasant stay. Richard and Sarah very friendly and helpful hosts. Check in a simple procedure. A very clean and tidy room. Plenty of roadside parking outside and a convenient five minute walk into the town and promenade. A good breakfast was provided and the property was relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast menu offered a comprehensive choice and of the three that we chose very good indeed. All in all this is a lovely guest house and one that we would highly recommend.

The key safe entry to the guest house is an excellent idea. Richard and Sarah are very pleasant and easy to chat to and the house itself is very homely. The breakfast was excellent, worthy of 5 stars. Our bedroom was warm and comfortable.

Richard and Sarah, run a very comfortable bb,great choice of foods for breakfast, cereals, fruit, juices and coffee or tea, backed up by a pre ordered cooked meal. Next time I'm that way, i will stay there. To all travellers, a warm welcome awaits you.

Near the promenade Lovely room with tea and coffee in jars and you get fresh milk in little bottles from a fridge in the dining room which makes a huge difference By far the best breakfast we have ever had in a b&b or hotel. All freshly cooked. Amazing compote home made. The host used to be a chef and it shows. Great place

Great guest house

Great little guest house in a leafy residential area. The owners are excellent and really care about your stay. There's plenty of info of the surrounding area by the reception. Breakfast was very varied with a help-your-self area and also cooked meals. Everything was in it's place and I'd choose here again. The coast is just a short walk away and the town centre a slightly further walk.

Might be nice to have an extra towel rail in the room I stayed in. As with a lot of traditional properties they may have to consider air-conditioning at some point as I can imagine it gets pretty warm during high summer.

Location was good - not too far from train and bus station. Excellent choice for breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and tea, coffee and water topped up. Milk provide in breakfast room that i could take to my room.

Amazing place - wonderful details - loved having a comfy armchair with a footrest in my room and a spare throw. The breakfast was incredible - wonderful modern British menu with lots of inventive touches. Everything clean, easy and lovely to experience.
