A delightful and very economic stay in PZ. I shall check Seascape again as am a regular visitor.

Everything! It was well located, very easy to find, good parking off road for my motorcycle, easy access instructions. Inside was clean, well equipped with what looked to be an excellent kitchen and dining area. The common areas were clean and fresh as was the bedroom. Good window opening was important to me which was fine. A de condensing machine managed the damp always associated with sea side properties especially on a wet weekend! The lighting, garment hanging, hairdryer all good as was the coffee/tea facilites - the usual kettle - but with easy access to top up tea bags and milk in the kitchen which was welcome. The property is unstaffed and managed remotely but contact was quick and efficient. I met Robyn the lady cleaner as I was leaving and she was a delight, very friendly and happy.

Nothing of any note - worth mentioning (although I was not disturbed) that feral pigeons had energetically found a way into the roof space above the front window by flying vertically into a gap above the window. So the property manager will need to be aware! I am particularly sensitive to them as I have had to remove hundreds from a property we were restoring!

The location is really good. It is a stones throw from the seafront. It is near Lidl which is very useful if you are self catering. The bed was comfortable, building was nice. The decor was good. The common areas were clean. The facilities were very good.

I literally only have a small gripe and that is about the blind in the bedroom. I found it very difficult to operate and I couldn’t get it to go down all the way. I like a really dark room so this was quite frustrating for me and some regards although I did sleep well.

Ideal spot from which to explore Penzance and the surrounding villages.

Seascape was very clean and well maintained, with easy parking. It was ideally located for walking around Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The shared kitchen and dining area were well equipped. All in all excellent value for money.

The bathroom sink was tiny, but that was a minor point.

Great location and accommodation for our short visit to Cornwall

Self check in was easy. Clear emailed instructions about all aspects of the facilities. Room was very comfortable. Good shared kitchen and dining room. Great location. Street parking was ok as we found a space. But could be an issue in peak times

Ensuite bathroom was ok, but considering the large bedroom the tiny toilet and shower room was odd. Similar to other comments, no lock (missing) on bathroom door.

A place with full facilities :)

Great to have most facilities in the accommodation and a quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance to the beach and a supermarket just around the corner. No problem parking our car throughout our stays.

We had to climb up to the highest floor, not expected that. But overall still manageable accept with our heavy luggage.

Amazing Victorian house with a Bay window, sea view, close to the promenade, free parking!

Amazing experience, a good price and quality ratio. We had a room with a sea view. It seemed to be an old Victorian house with a really nice Bay window which had a view to the sea and also to the Petanque field where we could watch an interesting Petanque game the whole morning, very entertaining. The hotel has made everything very convenient, you get all the details to your e-mail and can enter the room with a couple of minutes, really amazing. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. They also gave exact instructions about free parking and we could park our car into the yard right below our room window. We enjoide our room, everything was perfect!

Wonderful Penzance

This is a great location, conveniently situated not far from the train station. It’s also close to a Lidl, which is handy for any supplies you might need. The bus stop is nearby, as well as attractions like Maniac Theatre and Land Ends. The check-in and check-out process is straightforward. The kitchen is spacious and clean, although I doubt anyone wants to cook while on holiday!

When I entered the code, the main door didn't open smoothly, which made me a little scared. I pushed the door more forcefully, and it opened.

A lovely little hideaway.

The location was perfect and access was so easy and straight forward. A little bit of noise throughout the night, but overall not too bad. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but the room itself was a lovely space to stay overnight. The shower went from hot to cold quite a lot which made it difficult to shower, but other than this everything else was absolutely fine.

Great value and location. Could do with better/new pillows.

Amazing location and idyllic views/atmosphere from our room. Room noise isolation was quite good, we were never disturbed by others. Has very well-equipped kitchen and laundry (all free to use, with common condiments, detergents, etc.). Very close to important bus stops and a Lidl. The mini fridge is spacious and gets really nice and cold.

The bathroom was quite small... but adequate. Pillows were quite thin/flat and there were (probably?) no on-site staff to request additional pillows from. Didn't want to bother with the online contact system. 2 of the 3 windows were also locked for some reason and we couldn't open them. Would also have liked a higher (study desk height) table instead of just a low coffee table to get some work done more ergonomically. I think the room is spacious enough to accommodate. One of the USB ports on wall outlets GPOs were broken, and the bedside wall-mounted lamps were loose.

Disappointing!

Tea, coffee and milk supplied, beyond that it was self-catering. Location half way between Penzance and Newlyn, few busses so reliance on taxis.

Our room (No. 6) was one of ten in a large house. It was very small, hardly any room beside the bed, no chair or desk or chest of drawers or wardrobe. Damp walls, with a dehumidifier supplied and a notice to keep it on at all times. Tiny loo and shower. We did meet other guests who had larger rooms, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Good base for exploring.

Clean, spacious, nice quiet location. Fridge in room was handy! Easy walking distance to town and sea front. Felt secure.

Parking was a bit hit and miss as to how far away it might be and the street is quite narrow, some parking anxiety! Toilet door had a big gap and no lock, small leak at front right of shower tray, easily fixable. Wasn't a show stopper just reporting small issues.

Dangerously hot and cold shower. Do NOT STAY!

Place has a modern feel to it

Shower is faulty and hazardous! The temperature regulator does not work. No matter how meticulous you are at maneuvering the temperature, it produces ONLY scalding hot water or ice cold, impossible to take a shower with. Paying $99 for non-working shower is a scam. There was no warning either so it's a health and safety risk, especially to children.
