I would 100% stay with better mattresses

Disappointed with the accommodation but enjoyed Penzance and its surroundings.

The view from the window if the scaffolding wasn’t there. Understanding maintenance is needed for the damp patch on the ceiling in the tiny bay… would like to have been informed on booking

The bedsit sink in the room rather than in the shower room and huge noisy fridge next to the bed that had to be switched off. There are 10 rooms and one kitchen.. ok if you want to feel like a student or a backpacker. Just didn’t live up to the website and certainly not deluxe as described

Good location, decent sized room and bathroom, clean. Easy check in/out with a code. Communal kitchen was useful and liked having a kettle in the room.

Quite noisy - disturbed late at night with doors being slammed etc and people talking in the hallway (but it was a Friday night) and coughing in the room above. Shower had very little pressure which just meant it took longer! No TV channels other than streaming which didn’t always load. No curtains, there were blinds but they let quite a lot of light in. Slightly off smell when entering the room - like maybe smoking was allowed in there previously, or maybe it was damp. It was very cheap though so fine for the money.

A solid if not spectacular stay

The room itself was high quality and well maintained with a comfy bed and good shower. The communication was great and accessing the room was easy via the keypad entry system.

The area the hotel was located didn't feel great and it was quite a long walk from the town and the railway station to the point I used a local taxi service to get back in the evening. Also, another hotel I have stayed in that doesn't offer daily housekeeping but also doesn't supply any sort of cloth or other cleaning equipment to assist with keeping things clean.

Excellent facilities with highend and kitchen and dining rooms. Everything felt modern, stylish and homely. The use of the EV charger was a real bonus.

The addition of a comunal toilet near the communal area would have been convenient however has not detracted from an excellent stay.

Nice property close to sea good for short stay

Nice spacious property at least now out of the season. Our room had nice view over the sea. We managed to park in the private space and so didn’t need to hunt for space every time we arrived back.

The shower trickled slightly disappointingly and electricity all of the room’s sockets tripped on our last evening. Luckily those in the common room worked and we used those for kettle and hair drying the next morning as we had to leave early and were unable to get in touch through the emergency number.

Great location, great price and quality and exactly as advertised.

Such a great location, near the park and arcades and seafront. We stayed in room 1, it is quite a spacious room, with high ceilings and a good layout + comfy bed, really clean and the shared kitchen and dining room was well thought out too. We'll be returning early or late summer for sure.

If I have to grumble it would be the room was a little cold despite the radiator on high.

Lovely accommodation, great value for money. Exceeded expectations!

Stayed in Room 7, a lovely bright, modern, spacious and comfortable room with a seating area giving views over the park, tennis court and sea. The communal kitchen had everything and the dining room was lovely. A bonus having a fridge in your room too. As a lone female traveller I felt safe as the front door & room door had a code system which was very secure. Parking was fine, plenty on street available.

The shower was small but you're only in it 10 mins so no big deal.

Clean comfortable and central

Very clean and stylishly functional- I just needed a single room pit stop for a few nights and it more than met those needs.

Good fairly central location with street parking but a bit of a trek down poorly bit footpaths with a suitcase from the train station . It was ok though and Penzance is a safe and picturesque town and my suitcase was small so not a big problem . I was on top floor and water pressure on shower was poor and thermostat kept fluctuating so not ideal for washing long hair!

Great location with comfortable rooms and excellent kitchen for guests to use

Great location with comfortable private room but best of all was the well stocked kitchen that guests could use and a nice dinning room in which to eat. Very close to the sea front but in no time at all you were able to walk into town and train station within walking distance if you are on public transport.

Good to have a fridge in the room but it was noisy.

A delightful and very economic stay in PZ. I shall check Seascape again as am a regular visitor.

Everything! It was well located, very easy to find, good parking off road for my motorcycle, easy access instructions. Inside was clean, well equipped with what looked to be an excellent kitchen and dining area. The common areas were clean and fresh as was the bedroom. Good window opening was important to me which was fine. A de condensing machine managed the damp always associated with sea side properties especially on a wet weekend! The lighting, garment hanging, hairdryer all good as was the coffee/tea facilites - the usual kettle - but with easy access to top up tea bags and milk in the kitchen which was welcome. The property is unstaffed and managed remotely but contact was quick and efficient. I met Robyn the lady cleaner as I was leaving and she was a delight, very friendly and happy.

Nothing of any note - worth mentioning (although I was not disturbed) that feral pigeons had energetically found a way into the roof space above the front window by flying vertically into a gap above the window. So the property manager will need to be aware! I am particularly sensitive to them as I have had to remove hundreds from a property we were restoring!

The location is really good. It is a stones throw from the seafront. It is near Lidl which is very useful if you are self catering. The bed was comfortable, building was nice. The decor was good. The common areas were clean. The facilities were very good.

I literally only have a small gripe and that is about the blind in the bedroom. I found it very difficult to operate and I couldn’t get it to go down all the way. I like a really dark room so this was quite frustrating for me and some regards although I did sleep well.

Ideal spot from which to explore Penzance and the surrounding villages.

Seascape was very clean and well maintained, with easy parking. It was ideally located for walking around Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The shared kitchen and dining area were well equipped. All in all excellent value for money.

Self check in was easy. Clear emailed instructions about all aspects of the facilities. Room was very comfortable. Good shared kitchen and dining room. Great location. Street parking was ok as we found a space. But could be an issue in peak times

Ensuite bathroom was ok, but considering the large bedroom the tiny toilet and shower room was odd. Similar to other comments, no lock (missing) on bathroom door.

A place with full facilities :)

Great to have most facilities in the accommodation and a quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance to the beach and a supermarket just around the corner. No problem parking our car throughout our stays.

We had to climb up to the highest floor, not expected that. But overall still manageable accept with our heavy luggage.
