    Located near the semi-tropical gardens it was located just right for us garden lovers. Thw food was excellent, especially the catch of the day! Something went wrong the booking system as what I thoughtwouldhave a sea view instead had a view of the car park and was as far away from the lift as possible. Not the hotel's fault. None the less it had a great bathroom! Cleaning was done every 3 days,

    My issue was with Agoda. I clearly booked an ocean view room it was on my booking receipt but I was given one that looked onto a wall. A standard room. When stating this at reception she says they couldn’t take responsibility for 3rd party bookings misrepresenting and using photos of better rooms . I was not moved.

    Upgraded to a double room with sea view and it did not disappoint! The view was outstanding. Beautiful, clean and comfortable room with everything you need. The bathtub is huge and deep. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning consistent of s cooked up order menu of just about anything you want with the chef willing to make any changes to suit The eggs florentine was probably the best I've had! Brilliant stay, will definitely go back!

    Must ensure you tell reception you need your room cleaned daily otherwise nothing is done for three days. Service at mealtimes was slow..but it was February
