Comfortable lodgings close to the ocean

We got bumped up to the 'apartment,' which has a full kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The location is great, though it is a bit of a walk from the train station, especially if you have luggage. There is a bus station very close by, and a grocery about two blocks away.

In order to be truly functional, the kitchen needs some basic equipment, like oven mitts for cooking a frozen pizza, a covered dish for cooking vegetables in the microwave, and a serrated blade knife for cutting tomatoes. Drinking glasses were the most glaring absence: there were only three wine glasses, nothing else. That said, we made do with what we had, and the view from the dining table was wonderful.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 people. We stayed in the 2 room apartment which was lovely apart from the only toilet was in the bedroom, and the other bed was in the living area, it made it quite difficult as they had to come into our bedroom to use the toilet.

I don't always choose the right hotel but I got it right this time

Parking was easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. The location was excellent, near the front and near to other facilities. People were very friendly and helpful. We will almost certainly return

An absolutely wonderful stay!

We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean, neat, and incredibly cosy. The furnishings and decor are all fresh and new, which added to the comfort. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches at breakfast – the little treats were such a delight! This is by far the best guest house we’ve ever stayed in. If we ever come back to Penzance, we won’t think twice – we’ll definitely choose you again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Very good value for money.

It’s a beautiful, light filled room with sea views. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure. There is a great selection of cereals for breakfast and plenty of milk provided. It’s a great location for Penzance or Newlyn and we managed to get parking in front of the property. Highly recommend.

Great Value & Location!

We were greeted very warmly by the lady who runs the Guest House, she gave us lots of information about our stay and recommended a restaurant for dinner which was greatly appreciated! Had an excellent selection of continental items for breakfast, plenty of glasses and crockery provided also. Location is 20 mins walk to the Train Station and close to the sea front. Great value and highly recommend.

really nice room - but not the biggest.

It was a really nice modern room with an excellent bathroom. It was just finished so it was brand new. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Having a kitchenette within the room made it a squeeze and it did feel a little cramped at times (me and my wife could not pass each other without one of us sitting up on the bed. The location is excellent for the beach - but it is a bit of a trek into town (our fault for not checking)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience! The accommodation was impeccably clean and tidy, and it was obvious that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was just right. The recent decoration added a modern touch and made the room feel fresh and inviting. What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable - especially considering the fantastic location, which was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit during my stay. The friendly host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their helpful recommendations and advice were greatly appreciated. Although no croissants were provided, the in-room continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a great price. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

The only potential downside to this B&B is that parking outside can be difficult at times. However, the host was extremely helpful in providing advice on nearby parking options, and I was able to find a spot relatively easily. Plus, the fantastic location more than made up for any inconvenience in finding parking.
