my room was all that I needed it to be for my 2 night stay, clean, comfortable and that all important kettle for morning coffee. The owner greeted me on arrival. He took the time to explain which key does which door etc and generally have a nice chat about what I was doing in Penzance (Fishing). Also I found the off street parking readily available.

Loved our stay at this place. It was clean & comfortable , & perfect for our 2 night stay for our daughter’s wedding. Sally was very friendly & met us when we arrived. She very kindly let us use her iron & ironing board too, saying that they always make it available for any wedding guests that are staying -super thoughtful & very much appreciated. Also, the room was tidied & tea/coffee replaced- which we were not expecting. A great stay, very impressed & would highly recommend.
