    The staff were as friendly and funny as you could ever wish for! The location is terrific close to the sea and lots of iconic Penzance institutions. Also I had to fix the toilet flusher myself because I think they forgot but that was fair considering it was around Mazey Day god bless em.

    Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel. The only good thing about it is the staff at the breakfast, the rest is absolute stupidity. No help from the staff, no housekeeping unless asked and even then not entertained. The whole floor was stinking of cigarettes.
