The location is 10 mins walk from the pier & breakfast was very nice.
As a solo traveller I wasn't keen on the private bathroom for room 8 being on the next landing down so if you needed the toilet/shower you had to take your keys & think about whether you might run into the other guests on the way. Also there were cobwebs around the inside of the window in the room & bathroom but when I asked the owner they dealt with it right away.

Una cama comodísima y la casa estaba muy cerca del paseo marítimo y a pocos minutos de la Jubilee Pool y los bares/pubs
La ubicación de la habitación. Nos tocó a ras de suelo y tuvimos que tener las persianas echadas todo el tiempo para tener un poco de privacidad.

Good breakfast, nice host
No fan in 90 degree heat, understand no AC in UK but a fan should always be available . Hardly any hot water in shower, took 5 minutes to get hot and then only lasted 30 seconds. Finally , Couldn't figure out how to turn Tv on to watch world cup
