Exceptionally clean , perfect location , wonderful host. Everything we had hoped for.

En suite was a little compact but served its purpose.

Becky is so nice and easy to remember everyone’s preferences which from the breakfast to living demands. She is friendly and glad to share, I lived here for 4 days and pretty enjoyed. Highly recommend and this place makes me like the Penzance.

Wonderful breakfast. All I needed, but I could see others getting top class hot breakfasts too. Loved the little pastries and the fresh fruit.

My small room was cramped, but had everything I needed. Two moans were: sleeping under a velux window that was letting light in and was very noisy with heavy rain, and the minute hand washbasin.

Staff friendly, breakfast was ok.

I stayed with a co-worker in 2 rooms for 3 nights. Although the staff were friendly, I have some 'observations'. I don't like being negative, but this is what I consider to be fair and honest feedback. There was a general feeling that it needed updating. My room smelled quite musty, the decor was dated. The shower was a very disappointing dribble. I had ensuite. The bedding was cheap, the WiFi didn't work. My TV only had about 4 BBC channels, nothing else. When we returned after a day working we found our cups had been cleaned but stock of biscuits, tea, etc not replaced. I feel that having spent over £600 for 2 rooms it would have been nice to have WiFi, TV and replenished biscuits each day. It's only small thing, but the room cost remains the same...
