It was a place to sleep

The hot water didn't work properly. The hotel room was not cleaned properly. There was a hair clip holding the curtain closed that was left by a guest before us. I also did not feel safe because of the way that the door locked

Disappointed

Location was good and convenient.

The walls are exceptionally thin. We were there for 3 nights and encountered a couple screaming and fighting and every night had to hear others next door all night.

Why there was an extra charge. I couldn’t reach the actual hotel front desk by phone, I only received the call center n it was confusing. Wrong info relayed. We were charged as an early check in but that’s wrong. i paid cash for a second room, just for Saturday. Note: The ‘German’ restaurant onsite was far overpriced for what we ordered to go, to hold us over.

Probably will not stay again. It was to hard to get out of parking lot to go the orther way.

We were in what they called Queen size room which was big but no windows and the room was shaped like a triangle. The bed was comfortable but spots on the carpet. Breakfast was good which we had to paid for bacon. The room was disappointing for the price which now it has deceased 1/2 of what we paid.

We loved the room we had, right on the corner w the balcony out front. 2nd floor is great but the ramp is a bit steep, mind you we still wanted 2nd floor, just wish there were at least a set of steps. Room was clean, all staff was friendly and helpful ! Free breakfast is always a plus !

I believe I could have gotten a better price for my stay by NOT going through Booking.com. Why should I use those services in the future? Mattress was comfy. Location was handy.

No elevators or escalators. Old fashion lay out. Stained/damaged sink. Key cards wouldn’t reliably work. Restaurant offered low, low quality food. (Didn’t taste right) Pillows were like air & went flat.

Excellent experience, SUPER CLEAN rooms!!

First of all, loved how nice and friendly Tracy was. The rooms were SO CLEAN!! Absolutely loved the hot water and water pressure!! Will definitely stay again!

Manager was a little rude when we went to get our key replaced one night. Not friendly at all.

For the price our stay was fine. Probably will not be back.

We had meal tickets but nobody would seat us we stood there for about 10 minutes and nobody would talk or help us either morning Saturday or Sunday morning.

Somebody's razor was left in the shower. Road noise was very loud.

Free pancake and egg breakfast. Restaurant and bar on site. Beautiful room with wood accents instead of cookie cutter IKEA furniture and trim. Great location at the entrance of the Smokey Mountain National Park.

While the hotel is very nice, it's located at the end of the strip, which makes walking to everything a bit of a challenge. THEY do place a charge for incidentals that they WILL NOT return to you, their phone number only works sometimes AND they never answer messages. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value customer service

The customer service is less than helpful. They get a bit of attitude with you when you call . In my opinion, customer service is the beginning of your stay, and that wasn't the way I wanted to begin or end my stay. There is no elevator but that isn't a deal breaker for me

We liked how there were no stairs and there was a ramp to get up to our room

The air conditioner did not keep the room cool, the tv kept glitching, the lighting was not bright enough and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so we had to leave the door open which was uncomfortable for me being the only female in my family.

Perfect location as close to the park entrance as you can get!

This is exactly what we needed before our hike. A location as close to the entrance of the park as possible. It had a pool, a restaurant right there, and a place across to get the sandwiches we needed for the next day's hike. Very reasonably priced!

The pool was a bit dirty, breakfast was not served until 8:00 with no togo option.

The overall look of the hotel is amazing the location is great not that far from Gatlinburg or the island I would come back here on my next vacation to Tennessee

Room wasn't clean walk barefoot and feet were instantly black it seemed beds were very uncomfortable and room was very small not going to lie I'm sure section 8 housing is much better than this place also if I wanted a workout I would go to the gym the walk to the room was terrible very steep walk path to the third floor my parents are older so it was very hard on them

Nice, clean, and well worth it for the price.

The staff were very friendly with us. Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s an older, outdated hotel, but well took care of. The bar/restaurant was a plus, it was a little pricey, but that’s expected. Definitely worth it for the price.

Our only complaint was the pool was very dirty, my fiancé took the net and was getting stuff out so we could get in it. Also the free breakfast vouchers only get you pancakes and eggs, it is not all you can eat pancakes as the sign says.

Amazing location.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly people.. We had an issue with our plumbing in our room, but they fixed it immediately and let us switch rooms. The location was great for us since we were going back and forth from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The beds were extremely hard. The pool had not been cleaned and was outdated. I was required to put up a $50 liability deposit that was to be released back into my account the day I checked out. It has been 4 business days since checking out and I have not been reimbursed for the deposit!

Comfortable stay at a great value, definitely will stay again.

Included breakfast was excellent, all staff were kind and helpful, location was excellent for all activities in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge, and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower was the only down fall, which was expected since it was mentioned in other reviews.

The price and location was good. The staff was super nice. And there is a nice resturaunt with bar next door.

Room were outdated, not very bright, and most of the rooms have carpet which appeared to be old. It was hard to adjust the tempature in the room. The toliet and sink were very low to the floor. We had to request a room change due the condition of first room. The front desk clerk was very nice and changed our room to one with wood floors, so there were some updates done. Unfortunately, that room had carpet also. Because we had all of our luggage this time and on the 2nd floor, we decided to keep the room. We felt comfortable enough in this one to stay.
