The balcony overlooking the river was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful. The view from the location itself was excellent And we enjoyed feeding the ducks! It was an excellent stay ,would definitely stay again .

We observed that the outside trash cans on each floor were overflowing with the same trash for days. But it was immediately taken care of when addressed.

We love staying at Creekstone on the ground floor by the river so we can watch the ducks, geese, & squirrels up close.

They didn’t come to clean the room & refresh towels until 4 pm and by then we were back in the room getting ready for dinner. So we told them not to worry about cleaning the room. The late service was disappointing.

First weekend of 2026

This was our 2nd time staying at Creekstone Inn, and absolutely loved it. Checking in was easy and efficient, the rooms were clean and warmed up for us. The price is well worth it, and the buffet breakfast is the cherry on top.

The only thing I dont like is the shower towels are pretty small. But they work great for wrapping your wet hair up!

Large room with 2 king beds and balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast/check in location is a drive away. Can’t walk to it. And our door did not have a chain lock or safety lock. Children could easily open.

Great stay atvan affordable rate

The hotel is just off the parkway so it's not as loud as staying at some. The bathroom separating the rooms also gave us a little privacy as opposed to other rooms where the two beds are side by side. We also loved saving money on breakfast by eating the hot breakfast provided by the hotel. We will certainly stay again!

It’s not often you find a room with even you are looking for on vacation that includes a great bed and when you find it,

Loved the view parking was easy. The beds were very comfortable. First time in years I’ve stayed at a hotel and not got up in the morning with my back hurting. Likes having the two beds separate by the sink. It gave each bedding area a little more privacy.

Couldn’t get out safe to work. Too crowded during breakfast time to eat unless you are there when it opened.

A very pleasant stay for the price.

We really appreciated the private balcony overlooking the river. It was a very quiet stay. The price of the room was great. We like our mattress to be a little firmer, but that was no big deal. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. The pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes were good. The gravy, not so much. It was pretty watered down. The coffee was also pretty good. We only encountered one employee that could have been a little friendlier. She actually worked during breakfast. (I still left a $5 tip in the jar hoping to make her day a little brighter.) Heat and air in room worked good.

I don't leave reviews to make any place look bad. I try to list the pros and cons of hotels, restaurants, etc. And I try to be as honest as possible. With that said, this is an older property, so we didn't expect perfection. The bed could have been a little more comfortable for our taste. The bathroom was very small. Some towels a little thin. Bedding a little worn. Water damage was evident at the bottom of the bathroom door, but everything was painted and clean. There were also a couple of weak spots we could feel under the carpet, probably from water damage. But the repairs that were done were decent repairs.

Disgusted

Feeding the geese!

I booked this room by reading all the reviews, have no clue how this property is getting such rave reviews! The room smelled to the high heavens, I asked for air freshener which was never brought! The room was damp, the curtains had holes and the toilet was unstable. I thought this property did not allow pets, but I saw three dogs during my stay coming out of guests rooms. Housekeeping came in one time during a three night stay and changed towels did not make beds. For the amount I paid I expected better! I deserved better!

Peace and quiet. Polite and friendly staff. Privacy with split beds. Convenient location. This is our third to time to stay here. Tube on warmer days. Plenty of wildlife to feed off balconies.

Great hotel!!

The location was great. It's close enough that you can easily get to everything but far enough that you're away from all the traffic and noise. It was very quiet and peaceful across the river from the main part of the hotel. We loved the balcony that overlooked the river and we were able to feed the geese, ducks and other wildlife that lives on the river bank. It was nice that they provided a bag of wild bird seed. The room was very clean and the kitchenette came in handy for our stay. The unusual layout of the room made it feel like 2 rooms in 1. The rooms really are larger than most. The beds were comfortable but if you're picky about pillows, I'd recommend bringing your own. We were given plenty of towels and washclothes, our soaps were restocked daily. Overall it's a nice hotel and great for family trips.

It seems that most complaints are about the bathrooms and I see why. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our bathroom was pretty good sized, but the toilet seemed to be more fit for an elementary school bathroom. If anything needs changed I would say that's it. Otherwise it was a great stay!!

Pleasant but unpleasant

We love the room room 1429 on the 4th floor right there next to the roaring water. It was awesome. The motel was in a great location

We did not like being served our breakfast. We would have much rather preferred making our own plates number two. We didn't like the fact that we would have to walk across the street to get to the pool cuz we wanted to go swimming and actually we brought swimming trunks and stuff but once we realized we had to walk across the street we just decided not to and also number three. We cannot get our TV to work. Maintenance come by and he did something and got it turned on but once we turned it off that was a route. The remote would not work the TV
