Breakfast was okay. Appreciated having laundry facilities that I could use. One of the reasons I chose this place.
But thought it was closer to center city Austin with having Austin in its title. First time in Austin.

The staff was really helpful! The front lobby was nice and appealing. The room was very nice and I slept very well. The window blinds were wonderful as they kept out the light. I also liked the curtain between the spaces. Overall, just a wonderful room!
I wasn’t impressed with the egg things. They were super dry. The orange and cranberry juices were very watered down and not tasteful at all

Breakfast was just OK. Location was handy to my daughter's house which was the reason for our visit. A number of shops close by.
One lift out of two didn't work.
Pool was closed by Health Dept for 3 days.
Floors are very thin - we could hear loud footsteps from the rooms above.
Room was cleaned three times in 11 days.

It was clean. Liked the curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room. The temperature controls worked well, The bathroom was good. Nice shower, good soap, shampoo and body wash. Also, the blackout shade was really nice. The maid was really nice.
The stopper in both sinks didn't work. There wasn't much room between the desk table and the bed. The mattress was too soft. I couldn't get onto the wifi network the first time. Later I did get on. The key entry to the hotel didn't work in either the front or side entrance. My husband went around to the stairwell to let me and another guest in. I let in guests at the side door. The towels were cheap, stiff and scratchy. The TV only plays network TV, which we never watch; the remote control shows Netflix as an option, but it doesn't have Netflix. The little laundry is inside the workout area, so the whole area has scented laundry product fumes. Not healthy.

Breakfast was good. I actually picked the wrong location I thought I was closer to Downtown Austin. It ended up being a good mistake. It was in a cute little area!
I didn't like that I had to request housekeeping.

We are very disappointed with our stay at Home2Suites, after a long drive.
We were given a room where the Microwave was not working. We informed the front desk immediately after check in. But they ignored it for the night. Next day, when we asked about it, the front desk employee suggested we have to move to another room. By then 3 of us are working and in meetings, all our luggage was opened and scattered. It was very uncomfortable at that time but we have to compromise with our work situations due to the passivity of the hotel staff.
We also had an issue with the housekeeping, which hotel staff denied to address amicably.
Please follow up with the hotel and arrange to refund at least half of the charges we paid, and advise the hotel management to be on top of resolving resident issues to the best of their abilities.

good location
it was NOT clean. When we got to the hotel our room wasn’t ready until 3:30p and check in was at 3p. There were towels all laid out in front of the lobby desk over the carpet there which didn’t make sense because nothing was wet or under construction. the lobby itself was not clean, crumbs on the tables from breakfast (which ends at 10am on weekdays) There was dog pee everywhere. the carpet in our hotel had a lot of stains. the staff was mediocre, nice but just kind of there. Our room had a little kitchen which was nice but we only had 1 butter knife to go with the rest of the silverware. The alarm clock on the night stand was broken when we got there which showed they did not care about quality.

The selection of Breakfast was good. I liked the updated kitchen and bed. The automatic black out blinds were bliss! I also like the provision of shampoo and body wash. The towels and linens were fresh and clean. The staff were very polite professional and helpful. Thank you!
The cleanliness needed some work like carpet cleaning (stains in hallway and room), office chair stains and table cleaning. Other than that it was great!

carpet filthy, chair looked like goodwill, floors sticky, shower floor not clean, remote didn’t work well, complained, nothing done. I stay there every year and it was great. night staff (Sara) didn’t care. I don’t know what happened with this place but I told my girlfriend she would love it but she will never go back. She went to the A Loft next door and the price was good. My daughters sons baseball team stays there and she was surprised because it’s alway been perfect.

This place has no cameras outside, the parking was horrible someone stole my parts off of my car on their property, the manager was not there to handle the situation. I also called the police and the police station was closed and could not come out to give me a report for my car. I do not recommend this location at all my trip was ruined!!!!!

I requested and paid for a room with two queen size beds through Booking,com. When my sister and I arrived, we found there was one bed and no room with two beds available. I paid for a second room so my sister could have her own . I had paid $141.57 for the room and then pain another $111. 00 for the second. I had no way to contact Booking.com about the problem from the hotel. The hotel did not have a suitable breakfast buffet, had no dining room, and was not in walking distance to a restaurant for two elderly women. I felt the advertisement fell very far short of expectations and the booking was decidedly not what I expected. I won't use the hotel or Booking.com again

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Got us checked in the probably the fastest we have ever been checked in before. The continental breakfeast was AMAZING! Let me just say...get the fresh made waffle. Presentation of the food was great. Plenty of options. Seating area was really nice. Fresh fruit to add to your fresh made Oatmeal. They use actual silverwear and not plastic so that was nice.
The location is great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Plus there was an HEB Plus right in the same shopping center which was perfect for us.
Our room was way bigger than we expected it would be. Had a sofa and almost full kitchen short of having an actual stove. All kinds of kitchenwear was provided.
For some reason the first night was stayed it smelled like sewege in the lobby. Since we were on the first floor it definitely smelled in our room.
On our second morning there the coffee was burnt pretty bad.

The front office staff was amazing and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was excellent. The shower was also great.
The door to the bathroom did not close all the way and therefore could not be locked while in use. The furniture was noticeably worn out specifically the office chair. I did feel overcharged for a one night stay.
