My Daughter room had hair In both The beds and we had to change our own sheets to fix the problem the timer in the bathrooms only stayed on for about 20 sec so let's just say it was inconvenient to shower and potty

Very efficient and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean, recently remodeled a few things but could update flooring and elevator.

Cleaning smell at attempt to cover up some mildew or bad plumbing. Curtains were partially broken, so blkout was leaking. Also the air conditioner was smelly and noisy, bummer.

Overall wasn't a good stay. You want comfort and cleanliness

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The first room we got before moving to a second room 1) poor smell 2) the shower didn't work 3) the water didn't get hot 4) no shower gel in the tube in the tub 5) the tv didn't work we couldn't change channels 2nd room- poor smell which made it uncomfortable making me think it was unsanitized like the carpet was stinky and the water still didn't get hot. I did inform the night staff and the day staff begore I left about all of the problems. Wont be staying there again
