I’ll look for another brand first when I go back to Leander next month.

We requested 1st floor, got 4th. All three luggage trolleys were defective to the point of unusable. We were charged $200 for a damaged (very cheap) bed cover. Probably cost about $15 at any store carrying such products.

Good location, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Overall it was fine.

Booked 2 rooms and requested that they be together, that didn’t happen. They put us in different floors, we were disappointed in that. The A/C in one room would not go below 68 degrees. The rooms had a musty smell.

I love how close it was to an amazing plaza that was full of restaurants.There's a lot of good food nearby. So easy to find because it's next to the expressway. I loved how clean the whole entire building and the room was. As soon as I opened the door to my room, it was so nice and cold and the smell of fresh clean room / the scent flowers, i have not walked into a room This clean and so good smelling In such a long time. I love how everything was so taken care of to the detail. The breakfast was super yummy and hot.I especially loved the waffles and the pigs in a blanket. The staff in the front desk were so great helpful and friendly that they even complimented me with a special guest goodie bag. I will definitely keep booking and staying here.

Dirty Hotel+ Amount never returned

The rooms were very smelly and dirty , even the hotel room corridor carpet was filthy dirty.

They charge 25 $ for security deposit from us, and they said once you check out we will return your amount within one week, it's been more then 3 weeks and we didn't get us amount back several messages even emails have send to return back our amount but we get no response yet , the rooms were smelly and very dirty even the hotel carpet all over stained and filthy , the breakfast included in the package but was not worth it , breakfast wasn't good either , we checked the swimming pool area too but I didn't send my kids to the pool because the pool water was very dirty and very turbid. Even the hotel service wasn't good at all, the lady at the reception was very rude. It was the worst experience for mr and my family and I will never book la Quinta again.

Clean, comfortable room, great A/C, nice size.

The only thing that was wrong is the shower didn’t work properly. Water poured out the spout even when the shower was running. There was very little water pressure from the shower head.

One elevator for 4 floors, toilet was stopped up the entire stay and they deactivated my key the morning I was gonna get breakfast and didn’t want to turn it back on without and ID so they lady walked me to my room to let me in and then left… how does that make sense

My stay was adequate, but I would not recommend facility to anyone

The staff was pleasant and the location good. In general, the room was clean, with exceptions.

Due to overpricing for disabled rooms, I booked a regular room. Little did I know that the toilets were low rise, which is difficult for elderly people. In addition, it appeared that there was mold on the air conditioning vents, and the curtains seemed dusty. The chair in the room was worn and uncomfortable. I also dislike that the beds are so high that it is difficult to get in and out of them. The grout around the tub was broken in places.

No advertisement for pet friendly rooms. I told the registration clerk my wife was allergic when I was signing in and she asked me if I had any furry friends. She assured me the rooms were very clean but the room was disgusting. The furniture was well used as a chewing post and it smelled strongly of animal. We left immediately and was told my 3 days charge would be fully refunded in a few days. Wrong. I only received credit for 2 days. I was deceived, lied to and then ripped off.

Very nice staff, They were absolutely awesome. The water temp and pressure and temperature controller in the room were really good and responsive. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room had a musty smell like it had been flooded previously. The pool was closed for some reason one day we were there.

I. first room the toilet over flowed, phone did not work so I could call the front desk. we had to move to a defendant room. 2. secant room was lacking in light, TV or cable was poor. 3. breakfast, eggs was cold, the orange and apple juice dispenser had not been cleaned and nasty stuff came out when trying to use it, we had to get it serviced before we could use it, no meat " bacon, ham, or sausage " available" breads "raisin bread, bagel was tuf and maybe old.

It worked for helping us to teach the kids how to swim in a structure environment

Liked that the pool was running

Didn’t like that our second key card didn’t work and constantly went downstairs to know and they kept issuing us a new one that didn’t work. Also the key card that worked had issues where it stopped working in the middle of the night resulting us being locked out with our kids and dog while we had to go to the desk at midnight. The pillows were awful and there wasn’t any for the pull out bed.
