Breakfast was good. Location was very good.

The handicapped room had to step up and over the bathtub. The shower diverter valve only worked about halfway. (Leaking into the tub which resulted into a weak shower.)

Great location, close to plenty of shopping and dining options. Right up the street from HEB, which is a money saver if you’re trying to save some money and not eat out every night. I had interactions with about four separate employees during my stay, and every single one was incredibly nice and helpful! As someone moving here from out of state, it didn’t go unnoticed, and it was a really warm welcome to Texas!

The room itself was very clean and spacious, but if I had anything negative to say about the room itself, it’d be that the mattress is a little stiff. Even still, that’s subjective, and the room was great aside from that small thing. I will say, something to just be aware of, and it’s not necessarily the hotels fault, but there’s a lot of foot traffic and people hanging out by cars in the parking lot. Just be aware of this and don’t leave anything of value in your cars.

The bathroom was like a sauna and the beds were so hard. There were ants everywhere in our room. I had to go to Home Depot at 9pm to get bug spray for the room after just unpacking our car. Z There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Luckily it was dead from the bug spray I sprayed the night before. My family and I stayed a week and we were ready to leave on our checkout date.

I was told upon checkin about a 50 dollar fee that would be refunded as soon as I checked out. I checked out about 18 hours ago and still haven’t received my refund

Nothing. This property is not as described. I arrived at 2:45pm early of the 3pm check in time. I drove up, walked in, and immediately went to my car to call Booking.com because this property was nothing like it is in the pictures and was unsafe.

This property is a motel with all entrances on the outside facing the back / garbage bin part of a strip mall. It is nothing like the pictures. The pool area had brown wrapping on the fence was situated in the parking lot. It was green algae and not useable. Entering into the small lobby we couldn't tell if the property was open. All the lights were off. We laughed in shock about it later since we realized the slogan for Best Western is "we'll leave the light on for you". Well they didn't. We called for the front desk, someone came out and they didn't turn the lights on. She just sat at the desk and didn't say anything to us and then was looking at her computer screen (or some device). We immediately left, felt very uncomfortable, there were some very shady people hanging out near the dumpsters behind the strip mall with is just a couple of steps from where cars are parked and hanging out outside the hotel rooms. It's 107 degrees yesterday so people just staring at you hanging out outside was weird and we felt scared and unsafe. We immediately called Booking.com, drove about 1/4 of a mile up the road and checked into another hotel.

blinds didn’t completely block out the light in morning. first room did not have any water coming from the bathroom sink. moved to a new room and that room only had cold water in the bathroom faucet. no hot water in sink. management is responsive and eager to please.

Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet.

Breakfast, although appreciated, left much to desire. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and part of a great weekend.

The 100 fee to check in was ridiculous.

the room was clean and comfortable. the shower was great temp and pressure. the black out curtains were great.

the outside looked really run down, the gym was closed with what looked like old ac units piled up in it. the toilet wobbled when you sat on it.

Loved the staff, so courteous and nice. The rooms were very clean. Got a bottom level room which was great as i had my dog with me as well.

That i had to get charged extra for early check in.

The bed was comfy although the sheets were either unwashed or stained. The location was convenient for food nearby and next to a fun walking trail.

The breakfast was very limited and not up to the standards of other hotels I have been to. Dirty sheets, no hand towel for drying hands. Smelled like weed outside.

Closer attention should be given toward maintenance issues. The toilet seat was broken and loose. Care had to be taken when sitting down.

Nothing. The place is a dump.

The rooms smelled and when I walked in I felt like I walked into 1955.
