Newly remodeled room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked just fine. Reception desk employee upon checkin was awesome. I forgot to forget her name, but she was exceptional.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot and had great pressure. I wish, though, there was some kind of night light or in the least a dimmed extra light in bathroom, getting up to use the toilet was a challenge.

The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful, but I will not stay here again. The room was dirty, the toilet was leaking, it smelled like urine, the ac didn’t work properly and there was hair all in the tub. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good and made for an uncomfortable stay. The lobby and donning area was also very warm and made it uncomfortable to eat.

This was our first time staying this this chain. The hotel must have been recently updated. Workmanship probably could have been better. One the plus side, the location is quiet, AC was strong (and reasonably quiet), beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay there again.

The staff was very kind and the woman that prepared breakfast was amazing. We do however, not have hot water for almost 3 days. We reported it and the response was well no one else has complained. After reporting again the front desk manager actually went to a room that they were going to change us to and she came back and said she felt the water could be warmer. She said she would then report it to her supervisor. They eventually did replace the boiler and we had hot water on our last night there. My concern is how did they wash the sheets and dishes with lukewarm water! No hot water to clean with! We visit our grandchildren at least 3 times a year and we always stay at this hotel for 7/8 days. We like the extra room for my mom as it gives her her own space. Unfortunately my husband said this is it! We will have to find something else. We understand things happen out of people control but the respond “well nobody else has complained” wasn’t what we were hoping for. Thank you, Terri

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The coffee maker didn’t work. The bathroom accouterments were not replenished. The gray soap is not what anyone would like to use. The people at the front desk and in the kitchen were good.

I’ve stayed here so many times it’s beginning to feel like home lol. Always clean and comfortable, front desk is always friendly (especially in the evenings). Shopping and restaurants abound in this area.

I think one big thing the owner of this location should purchase all new towels and linens because they are really dingy.. anyone that’s a good housekeeper manager should know this but I guess some may not care!
