Richie made our evening very special and so much fun.

Good for an overnight, but beds are too firm for more than one night at this price point.

Location and the lobby was good. The room overall was good.

The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

Hassle.

It was in a good location.

We were double charged on a prepaid stay and still have not been refunded the money. This has been a hassle to reverse the charges on my credit card because the staff made a careless mistake.

I like to stay at this location but this time wasn't great.

The front desk staff was very nice when I checked in Tudsday evening, February 4.

The assistant manager on duty Wednesday afternoon when I checked out was not friendly. Also, my room was on the first floor near the common areas, and it was noisy.

Great location and room size, would stay again in the future

Great location close to food and entertainment, beautiful lake with a walking path. Also had a hot tub that I could see from our room. Stayed here for an event at the HEB Center and it was a 4 minute drive, ~25 minutes to downtown Austin.

Marriott my fav as always!

I love that I am able to watch anything I'd like in my room and not just the cable. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast which i love. The location was good because it was super close to the concert that I attended that time! :) Super clean as always!

I honestly can't think of something that could have been better. I enjoyed everything. If there is anything I could say out of personal preference, I would like the pool to be slightly warmer so I can enjoy.

Booking.com is bad

Booking is a trash app. They made the wrong location for me I was supposed to book in Dallas. Immediately after I booked I requested a change but they wanted to double charge me. Don’t ever go through booking.com use google or another app

The air condition unit in Rm 210 was extremely noisy and would wake us up every time that started. That stop us from having a good night sleep. Housekeeping every other day is bad and to use Covid as an excuse not acceptable

Great stay! Great shift manager! Not so great person at the front desk!

Location was close to all of our local destinations snd activities. Very new, modern and clean.

Attendant at the front desk was less than professional, very gruff and borderline rude. When she could not find our reservation, she became condescending and said there was nothing we could do. We remained kind snd cordial to this person and asked to speak to a manager to see if the could assist…which she begrudgingly agreed to. The manager was very nice, quickly found our reservation and we checked in. I would stay at this location because of the kindness and efforts the manager that assisted us. I called in a few weeks later to ask about a charge that popped up on our credit card three weeks after our stay and guess what?..the same, not-so-pleasant front desk attendant answered and was, again, no help whatsoever. Very quiet and comfortable room. Great housekeeping staff and front . They represent the hotel well.

Breakfast was all carbs. Pond day only protein was hard boiled eggs. Needs bacon or sausage every day. Or ham. Bananas not ripe offer berries, Afro zen berry mix it melon chunks instead. Scones hard. Soft entendres it muffins would have been better. A second coffee dispenser needed. Hot chocolate is not drank in Austin in 200+ degree weather.since there are so many bars in area coffee at night would also be an option.

Breakfast, Your front entrance snd door look like a bar. No indication it is s 4 star hotel. Make it look more elegant. Needs a second color in the lobby and at desk too. Looks clean but drab.maybe a second tv in the breakfast eating area. Done watch sports snd others the news. Does the strip mall next to the hotel have a map of restaurants snd merchant’s in the area? In the past I hAve found that helpful when you are not adequately prepared for a business meeting.
