The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was pretty standard (fewer options than other hotels). The coffee bar had no fluff- powdered creamer with sweeteners.
This only mattered because I had to be up super early and needed the caffeine. I am not a coffee lover and need it flavored.

The room was clean and the shower was great water pressure and hot water great.
Your breakfast choose was very disappointing I have had better. And you had no coffee was very sad about that. The hair dryer in the room did not work.

No carpet in guest room. Sink cracked. Insufficient hand towels (1). Only available luggage cart had a bad wheel. Tub/shower drain was slow.

The breakfast was very good and fresh. Room was clean but could have used the proper number of bath towels needed for amount of people in room. Had to ask for more,
I specifically asked before booking if pool was open and told YES. When we arrived, we were told it was closed and had been for a week already. Very disappointed for grandson. The coffee in breakfast area was horrible. Everyone was complaining. The machine made it so strong that you had to add 1/2 water to it to make it somewhat normal strength. Staff response to complaints were "JUST ADD WATER TO IT!"

Check in to dark stuffy lobby that looks nothing like pics.
we can 4 hrs to help with flood rescue and relief time in leander. after long days and night we only wanted clean bed and feel safe.
doors are never locked. i saw same people in parking for 2 days in and out using bathroom/littering but not staying in hotel. i ask sweet lady at front desk (this was friday 11th) when doors get locked as me and son are in and out sorting and working in car on our donations and flood work stops for next day . this is not ok. i have pictures of the stained walls and disgusting globs of whatever bodily fluids. I’m not gonna talk about mattress but pics of them is enough.
two times i went to talk to someone at desk . empty.
we waited 10 mins at front desk at 12:30am to check out early. The sleeping guy at desk ask for card, never if asking of stay or way we are leaving.
i called tonight and was literally laughed at by Gustavo when i told him that we felt unsafe. we checked out several hrs early and stayed in car close to our volunteer site before being evacuated. originally i called tonight to see how long it took to receive my invoice after quality inns property manger “approves” it. i told him first thing “i know yall are not booking.com” but i am wondering how long does this take to receive”
i immediately got interrupted as Gustavo says,”yea we aren’t with booking.com”
that was the first thing that i said to Gustavo. this was a simple question and i simply wanted a invoice for my own record keeping. i am not happy now and i am needing to get a call back in regards to #1 review of your safety policies for guest

It's a lower-end hotel chain, so the hotel looks and feels like a 3-star but I found this particular hotel in Cedar Park to be quite nice. I consider it good value for the money. The hotel is clean, has acceptable service levels and in a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly for the most part, and they have 24x7 coffee available in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cool and all the plumbing in the bathroom was clean, modern and working.

It wasn't as bad as I imagined from some reviews so I was happy that I didn't have to move to another hotel. I was initially put off by the grumpy night clerk but Gustavo, the morning desk clerk was somewhat redeeming. He was quite pleasant to work with and we actually extended our stay an additional night.
The night clerk, while efficient was unfriendly and overcharged me from the quoted amount on booking.com. the grumpy clerk overcharged for one of the rooms for the 2nd night. I now have to battle you for refund as the blame keeps being foisted everywhere but where it belongs.
Also, I attempted to change my reservation from two nights to one and was told I couldn't, because of the booking promo, only the cost for the 1st night stay still would have been the same amount, even without a 2nd night stay.
People like to travel with good vibes at the places they stay. When you are less than accommodating, it casts a shadow on the stay and the person's trip as a whole.
The blanket had an unsightly stain and the exposed mattress (rm 105) was even worse, perhaps a good cleaning and a mattress cover is in order, so it doesn't feel like you're sleeping in a sleazy motel.
The vacuum cleaner is dangerously loud, I'm sure more decibels than the average ear should be exposed to.
Last, it is a poor business model to disable key cards on the day of check-out. Checkout is at 11:00am yet the cards had been disabled before 9:00am.
People give ratings and reviews that others actually read to determine what decisions they make. If I had to choose again, I would be willing to try another hotel since there were more negatives about this stay.

When I booked the room, the description said 1 king, 2 queens and a twin. Upon arrival, I find out it’s just two queens. I should have known that was too good to be true.

The breakfast was decent. It was hard to watch a male guest push a family out of the way on Sunday morning, but that isn't the hotels fault.
The staff was the best part of the visit. Very kind and helpful!
Not sure what it was but about 3 a.m on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, woke with itchy eyes and a bad smell. Very allergic to cigarette, vaping, etc. smoke, so assume that someone was smoking near the entry way or perhaps in the stairwell next to Room #107.

The mattress was very dirty, the fitted sheet did not stay on the bed, the room smelt like athletes foot. They put me in a double queen when I booked a king. Had to go back downstairs after getting in the room and seeing it was double queen. They charged a $60 fee ON TOP of booking.com charge for “incidental” room coverage - just in case I messed something up. This was not disclosed to me UNTIL I was checking in…. This should be wrong and that’s why they have a credit card on file to charge if something is messed up!????!!! Why charge more than when we already sign saying we take responsibility for damage we cause???

Supposed to have a pool. It was empty.
First morning got a knock on the door from house keeping at 8 am asking if we needed to exchange towels which tells me they don't have enough towels for there rooms and needed time to wash before cleaning the rooms. I sent them away as we were woken up and didn't even use a single towel yet. The one towels were taken friday and sat when cleaning the room and not replaced. I called front desk on sun to request that we get towels. Had a long day on Sunday and when we got back to the room it wasn't even cleat and no towels. I had to go to the front desk at 11 at night and call someone to get towels because no one was at the desk. The beds we really old and worn out. Edges sagging bad. The sheets were barely on the bed and corners were riding up before we even went to bed. Bathroom had half ass repairs done to the drywall ceiling and looked like crap. There were dried buggers on the headboard. Someone had the alarm clock set to 1am. I'm sure there is more. The whole stay was not good at all and I feel like I got ripped off.

Well, the bed at least was clean and comfortable.
The reception and breakfast area was a bare and unwelcoming space. There was no one at the front desk, the lady who eventually checked me in came towards the front desk as I was battling to get in with my luggage. No offer to assist. Key card stopped working the next day. Loud sounds late at night outside my room, as if someone was cleaning. It just was an overall underwhelming experience. Also, staff barely spoke English, so was difficult to communicate. The room was equipped with outdated fittings, iron leaked, chair broken, carpet stained. I did not dare walk bare feet on it. Overall, a wholly unsatisfactory experience - one I would not recommend to others.
