Dirty carper and bed skirt in room. Took more than 5 min for a worker to come out. Wasnt greeted but simply said "reservation? Asked for ID and told me room number w card. Breakfast was meh

There was a shortage of breakfast items. The first day, there was no eggs, sausage or bread for toast (at 8:00 am). The rest of the stay there was eggs. One day, there was 1 breakfast bar. The rest of the stay, there was none.

The room was great, my only "complaint" was the breakfast which was OK but missed a few things i would have liked. I usually have yogurt, a banana and wheat bread for breakfast. Today.. there was only plain white bread for toast, no Bagels or wheat bread; there were apples only, no bananas or other fruit available; and no yogurt.. As i said, OK but only needs a few additions to make it awesome!

Hotel was fine, but the key cards are constantly deactivated, so you are having to go to the front desk daily to get it fixed, which is a bit annoying. Also, stayed 8 nights and requested housekeeping one time and they did not come.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options (I need more protein than was available), I suggest a make-your-own-eggs option. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The parking lot was a little cramped at times but not bad, the red curbs and markings of “don’t park here” (which looked old) didn’t make it any easier.

Room was okay and we slept fine. No complaints about the cleanliness. I would have given it 5 stars but the guy at check in was super unfriendly. He didn't even say "hello." He seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting whatever it was he was doing. After check in we never saw anyone working the check in desk. Lobby is a ghost town.

The service at the front desk was excellent. The building was okay and the area where the hotel was located was good. The room and bathroom were okay, they were kind of old but looked clean. The sheets had a bleach smell, and the bed area was not completely clean, I spotted dirt by the bed. I was very concerned about a back door that stayed completely unsecured all night long. The lock did not work as it was supposed to be locked so guests with a room card could access to open it from outside.

Is was horrible i would like a full refund i couldnt even get clean towels unless we turned in the old towels. Room service was only by request.. The breakfast was microwaved eugh eggs runny. One of the doors didnt lock the pictures are old from the site. ROACH on the wall beds where hard blankets where so thin air freshner in hall only the rooms smelled old !!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

We reserved and paid for double beds and had a room with only one queen bed and the room had a horrible odor like a mildew smell Staff was busy so she was not to friendly and the breakfast was horrible coffee was over brewed.
