Great hotel and location. Attending an event at the nearby HEB Center and it was very close and easy to get to.

Very convenient from the moment we stepped in until we left! Super clean room Friendly staff

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and staff is always great. We’ve stayed here once before and it brought us back. The only down side we experienced is noise level from upper rooms. We had rowdy guest above us however hotel staff moved us to accommodate for a more peaceful staff.

Always an enjoyable stay only issue is they didn't come in.And make the bed or pick up the dirty towels and there was no hand soap.And no extra toilet paper that we had to go to the desk and ask for.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, professional and friendly staff. Only issue my tv didnt fully work and the night frontdesk clerk was able to assist me. Overall, I give this stay a 9 out of 10. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

The staff did an amazing job, but it seems like there was something faulty with their fire alarm. Everybody had to evacuate around 5am and it went off a few more times for a shortly when they were trying to work on it. Didn’t get much sleep but the staff did offer a later check. I will see the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and I watched her checking on all the guest while waiting on the fire dept. Overall it was a good stay clean smelled clean. Breakfast was good. I have stayed in three other hotels in that same Cedar Park area and I will still go back to this one.

Great everything

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a nice size and very clean. The breakfast was great. They had a water and coffee and tea station that was also great. The front desk was quickly during check in and very friendly during our stay.

Here for the night to take the train the next morning. Alan checked us in and was very welcoming. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was simple and nice.

Our go-to pet-friendly stay for Austin/Leander visits. Plenty of pet stations and greenscape. Staff trained and helpful. Property very well maintained inside and out. Good value, too.

Will NOT stay here again, maybe get over the worn out bed, but the smell is a deal breaker!! Lobby is well appointed, plenty of luggage carts, very friendly & welcoming young lady at the reception desk (it smells amazing). Common areas are clean, including halls & elevators. Coffee (lobby) is good and appears to be replenished with a fresh batch regularly. The room is disappointing. The overwhelming smell of animal is impossible to ignore. Air freshener not an available option, went to store & bought some. After spraying & placing a freshener (gel form) in the room, the pet smell (somewhat like wet dog) had dissipated, however still present. It is a pet friendly hotel, our prior experiences staying in such a facility we never encountered this. Perhaps defining the rooms as “pet” or “no pet” option would help. The linens & pillows were very good, unfortunately, the bed itself was not. It was at its end of life, we “sunk” as we slept & it’s a bit lumpy. Note the cleanliness of the room did not match the odor, the room & bath are clean. Shower is good. Average pressure, nice & hot, we appreciate they have separate shampoo & conditioner rather than a single bottle combination that too many budget friendly hotels providing. Appreciate the Kurig machine. No microwave in the breakfast area to heat muffins, etc. otherwise the breakfast was fine, sufficient selection that you should find something to satisfy.

Pool was small and all day in the shade. The laundry facilities were not in operation. The dryer did not work. But staff was very accommodating offering to wash and dry for no charge which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel with a great layout and staff. The pool is not particularly appealing but otherwise the rest of the property is very nice. The staff was very nice and went so far as to dry a load of clothes for us as the dryer was out of service in the wash room. They also called to tell us fresh cookies were out!

There were fighting above my room at 4am no one from management followed up on this with me the next day. Elevators and WiFi was down. They need help with customer service and learning how to help people. They offered to move my room on the day I checked out. Lights in room wasn’t working

The hotel was nice but the breakfast was not as great as reviews stated. The buffet was just average. The potatoes and sausage were both cold. No decaff coffee until I asked for it. I hope you can do better. Also the room layout was modern and great but there was not enough trash receptacles.

It’s nice and clean!

The pillows were very cheap. Stacked up 3 and still went flat. Very uncomfortable.. Made for a restless night and a tired morning. The both of had the same experience. She used the pillow from the couch which helped but still not very comfortable.

When you forst walk through the doors you smell the great welcoming clean smell. Clean, beautiful well kept property with 100% 10 excellent staff and service. Wish the breakfast had more vegan options and cut fruit or fruit topping for the waffles. But Highly recommend this hotel.
