The lady who checked me in was sweet

Everything else. So gross. Stains on linens and pillows. Roaches. TV didn’t work. I felt like I was in a jail cell

Absolutely nothing smelled so bad

The cockroaches, broken window and the smell of chemicals pee and mold it was nasty my daughter (6) was outside my car puking and we were barely in there for 5 minutes, I had to leave the key card on desk because no one was there, but yet they won’t give me my refund

will never be cooking again with motel 6. The place looks fine from the outside but it’s very deceiving

The only positive thing is that your pets can stay for free but, you will see why quickly upon arrival.

it was absolutely disgusting. weird rust looking stuff on every appliance, bugs on sheet, behind the bed frame, weird black mold stuff in the corner of the room and black stuff smeared on the mirror. Looks like no one cleaned whatsoever before we got there. I don’t feel comfortable letting my animals stay there or myself.

Staff at front desk were friendly.

Massive hole in bathroom door. Cigarette Burns in comforter- no replacements. Cigarette Burns in curtains. Dog chewed up nightstand. Nasty Cigarette smell thru hallway. Observed staff cleaning with black/dirty mop water. Beds not comfortable, felt like laying on a boxspring.

The friendly & helpful staff, even other residents who happily welcomed us to Cedar Park. Location was perfect for our stay: shops, food, & entertainment venue Haute Spot all within walking distance. I LOVE that long stay residents are allowed to stay with their pets.. nothing breaks my heart more than seeing people have to give up their pets in order to secure any kind of accommodation. Would much rather listen to the odd dog bark to go pee outside than know it has been surrendered to an already overcrowded & most likely euthanized. You should be rated higher on this point alone.

Don't waste your time or money

Staff was helpful.

I was to be in a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigars. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, the flooring was coming up in the room. It was very noisy, dogs barking in the hotel, people were loud. If I would have known it was an extended stay, I never would have stayed there. The whole place was dirty. Very disappointing. The microwave in the room was rusting out on the inside. This hotel is hard to find, hidden behind another hotel in front. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I depended on them quite frequently and they became a very comfortable place for me to rest.

the staff at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially the evening staff and morning. Also Mike the room attendant was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. The manager knows how to greet with a small and Christina is very knowledgeable at her job.

The staff was friendly and called to confirm our reservation.

The building and rooms had a musty smoke smell. As soon as we opened the door into the hallway from the reception area the smell just hit you. Even though we requested non-smoking rooms the smell was pretty strong in the room as well. One of the bed spreads had a cigarette burn on it. We checked in after 10pm and were so tired.

Bad

The motel is for long term stay, therefore they’re people hanging out in the halls and on the property. I went up to the assigned room and was met by a large dogs and cat calls from a group of guys hanging out in the hall 2 doors from my room. The room was dirty and the tub was stained and dirty. I felt so unsafe that I didn’t stay in the room 5 minutes. I took the elevator back to the first floor,told the clerk I couldn’t stay there because I felt very unsafe and the room was dirty. I asked for a refund. The 142 that charged on my card was supposed to be returned but I don’t see it yet. The manager refused to return 192 I paid in cash on site. I didn’t stay in that room but 5 minutes. Please don’t recommend this motel to anyone.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make a bad experience at a different top of the line hotel better. My son and I were so happy that they were so friendly and got us a room with 2 beds.

Nothing much to like

The motel was broke, I don't know how else to explain it. We were put on the third floor and told the elevator was broke as soon as we got there. We booked the room with the understanding that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room, which there was but neither of them worked. We bought drinks for the room so we went down to the ice machine to get some ice and that too was broke and not working. For the first time using booking.com I was very disappointed that the site did not know much about the motel it was advertising, I do not think I will be using this site in the future.

The room was smaller than described. The bed might be on a queen bed platform, but it is no queen, at best, maybe a double or full, but no queen! The mattress was so ruff and springy that I believe I was only able to get a few hours of sleep. I woke up hurting the next morning. The ice machine on my floor did not work. I had to go to a different floor. Found a sticker in my towel. Along with asking for an extra pillow they did not have any.
