Not overly excited about Marriott hotels anymore.

It was a newer hotel and clean

They double charged me after we checked out, I have the receipt from them saying I owe nothing and then another receipt where they charged the card I used for incidentals. They told me they got a new system and couldn’t refund me, even though they could see I was charged twice

Decent stay

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The cashier who made our breakfast was awesome 😎

Upon check in the lady at the front desk tried to charge us again for the room but I'm guessing this app doesn't allow them to see when you've paid for the room so it's not her fault at all. Also the bathroom light in 310 is connected to the main lights when you enter the room. So in order to have light in the bathroom you have to turn on every light in the room. The shower walls & tub weren't completely clean but we had our own cleaning supplies so we solved that issue.

Nice hotel

This was an elegant and very comfortable space. The staff was super friendly and even accepted an amazon order for me. I didn't realize there was an indoor pool.

The only complaint I have - I reserved a room w a king bed and a sofa bed. There was no sofa in the room.

Staff was welcoming. The guest room’s bathroom was so clean. Team at the bistro were kind and accommodating. Nice fire pit area with a clean and large pet area.

The neighborhood; not many food choices. Close to major highway that’s under construction. (Although not loud when in guest room).

bathroom was dirty. staff did not communicate well upon check in. when checking in a had to wait because the staff was talking and did not greet me or the people in front of me. the elevator buttons did not work.

Convenient location

Room had throw up near air conditioner and deadbolt didn’t lock/work. Told front desk about it and was just told sorry. Had to pay for breakfast one day despite buying the breakfast package and told the voucher was only good for $10 off, then the following day the entire breakfast was comped from the voucher. The breakfast also took 30 minutes each day to be served due to what seemed like limited staff. Understandable as this seems to be happening at a lot of places, but just made the experience that much worse. Really poor customer service at this property!! Will not stay at Marriott again.
