Horrible Experience

"I DIDN'T GIVE THIS HOTEL A 4 STAR" I would give it a 3 under normal circumstances, but 1 this time for the poor and unclean complimentary breakfast, the roach, not fully cleaned refrigerator door, and good service of the groundskeeper and check in lady only. The bed was comfortable. The African american man cleaning the perimeter was helpful in bringing my items to the room per hotel laundry cart, and allowing me to use the bathroom upon check in because I couldn't hold it anymore. The lady who checked me in 6 minutes early was also very helpful.

I was turned down by Bee to check in early at 2pm when asked despite a fairly empty looking hotel, no problem because check in is at 3pm so I understand. I sat in the parking lot until 2:54pm and had to potty really bad and the groundskeeper (an african american nale) saw me having an issue and allowed me to come inside and potty with managements approval. I booked for 2 days, as I need to attend class, job search, and organize all the items I purchased for my return to the Philippines into my suitcases so I had a lot of stuff. The lady who checked me in was nice to allow me to use a laundry cart to bring my items in, as no cart was available, but It was too heavy to get over the 3 steps in the back of the hotel alone so I asked the same attendant to help and he obliged, but at 10pm on the 1st night it rained, hailed and thundered for about 15 minutes that semi blew out the electricity in everything except the microwave, and refrigerator (I made a video). The lights, the AC, the Television, the electrical sockets, and phone did not work. I immediately tried to call the front desk from my phone, no answer. I sweated all night while trying to sleep. I called several more times, no answer. The elevators did not work, and I was in room 415 (4th floor)and the front desk never answered the phone it just rang no matter how many times I tried. So around 8am I decided to leave because of the service thus far. No communication from the hotel at all at this point. I had 2 check ons, 2 carry ons, a large bag of dirty laundry, a bag of food, and a fully packed backpack that I made multiple trips up and down 4 flights of stairs, mind you my 2 checked ons were very heavy.

Do not stay there until they remodel or clean up the place much better!!

The location was okay.

The rooms had peeling paint on the ceiling and bathroom. Stains on the chairs. The baseboard was missing sections. The walls were dirty. There were rips in the dust ruffle. The room did not look or feel clean. I did not stay. Ended up cancelling reservation in less then 15 minutes after observing the rooms appearance .

The only thing I liked about the property was how friendly the staff was. the front counter was super kind.

The room was dirty, the bed was super hard, there was hardened candy stuck to our air unit and the carpet floor felt so gross I had to wear socks. when we’d turn on the air conditioner the entire room would smell like dirty feet and mold. And we couldn’t even shower because the water never got hot. Luckily we were only there one night, because I would’ve canceled my reservation if I had to stay there any longer. I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.

Superb

The Location, we stayed conveniently located around lots of eateries.& near our place ' & storage. Cost was some what pricey. Free breakfast , free parking ,The staff was very cordial ,friendly & helpful a Mr. Kenneth.Whitehead , Mrs.Gina & ' Katilyn ' whom was professional.thank you all again.

The initial room 🚻 toilet was not working 😕 correctly ( stopped up ) .& room had cobwebs the sheets were not cleaned !!!

The fro t desk clerk was super friendly! she was definitely over worked. She had to leave the desk to clean our toilet.

Our bathroom was disgusting. The floors were sticky. The room smelled like smoke. There were no ice trays in the freezer and no ice machines.

Easy access to highway

The doors on every room were stuck u had to slam it to close it. N it would echo. There was so much screaming n fighting going on at 2 in the morning and lasted for 2 hours. There was not one single ice machine with in the hole building. But wat upset me the most was I originally booked the same hotel name that actually had a pool. Come to find out I got booked at the hotel that don't even have a pool. U have no idea how disappointed I was. N what hurts the most is I won't get any kind of compensation for anything

It was in a centric area easy to find and safe. It had a clean refrigerator and a good size kitchen area.

Leftover food in fridge, no coffee maker, no tissues in tissue box, big stain on carpet. We didn’t feel safe at this property. It obviously wasn’t cleaned well.

Friendly service. Location was good. Options for eating out.

No standard breakfast available. It was "grab n go". Grab n go meant a Little Debbie muffin or a granola bar and coffee. It almost seemed like the room was not finished. Phone didn't work. TV was too small. Kitchen didn't have dishes, utensils, toaster, or coffee maker.
