Pictures showed vs what it truly looks like it’s a complete scam / catfished. We walked in and there was no lights just 2 lamps. Everything was stained sheets looked like they had blood on them same as the curtains. Everything was dusty. We took off the pillowcases due to how dirty they were. Then we noticed roaches crawling on the walls and on the cabinets. We checked in and within 8 minutes we checked out !

I traveled from Tennessee to Texas to visit my sister in the hospital. This La Quinta is relatively close (4.1 miles) from the hospital. I have been VERY impressed by the professional staff AND the facility. The complementary breakfast was AWESOME, so I poked my head in the kitchen and thanked the lady to prepared it for us. I liked this facility so much, I decided to extend my stay for a few days. Thank you!

Check in was a easy and quick. However, she didn't give us any information about breakfast or check out times. The property needs some upgrades. The bathroom has rust stains in the shower. The room door has damages and a wooden block attached to the top safety lock. It was good for one night. The cleaning staff went above and beyond by providing chocolates with a note. They also have microwavable popcorn, coffee/tea in the room. The dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also great touches. The hotel is next to Texas Children's Hospital which is great for us because we were here for an appointment. The snacks and drinks sold in the lobby were also a great convenience.

Breakfast is great. Restaurant is clean and nice. Slow staff / front desk computer. Non accurate information, given a key to a different room, room service lady let us in with the master key and then being kicked out to go to the right room. So humiliating :(. Room was stinky, had to keep the window open for a ventilation. Waited for 1 and half hour for the room to be cleaned on Saturday Morning, bedding . All in all, not a pleasant experience, in fact I am requesting a refund of the amount paid fir this room.

Very BIG difference between this location and the location close to the airport. This location is VERY CLEAN, staff is extremely friendly, and their housekeepers anticipate your needs at this location. I’d recommend staying here, over any other location hands down.!
