bad not happy with this hotel unclean out dated and falling apart rooms. be warmed don't stray there

bad dirty holes in floor covered up due to rot I would think. out dated falling apart. fire alarm came on 8 times in three days all false alarms woke me up always in the early hours of the mornings something wrong with the system. would not recommend this place to anyone.

The whole place needs up dating including the internet service that was so bad 90 % of the time not working I thought it was my laptop so I took it to Office Depot to have it checked out and nothing wrong so that was more money wasted.

When i arrived they told me they had on room avaiable even though I had already paid. Then I had to do all the follow up to get a refund. I contacted bookings and they contacted the hotel who have not responded. I called the hotel and they hung up in my face and told me to reach out to a manager on monday.

Good for budget but just be aware of what you get.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Large refrigerator. Microwave worked well. Desk clerk returned our call to give us the cable TV provider in order to search TV guide on-line.

Cockroaches everywhere. Floor filthy - mopped to smear dirt instead of removing it. Walls dirty. Toilet leaked continuously, noisy all night. Using the internet required the guest to call tech support in India with a tech who was very hard to understand. Local staff knew nothing. No cleaning services during stay. Other lodgings were more expensive. We travel at low cost, so we endured. Just be aware of what you get. We needed free advanced refundable policy so used this motel. Disappointing for a Red Roof affiliate.

The price. And thats all.

Room were nasty and full of cockroaches, outside stairwells and walk ways are nasty and full of trash and smells like piss. I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

I was supposed to get in at 3pm the room was ready to go in but unfortunately I got in at 5pm, it's not my fault the boss doesn't want to pay more cleaning staff $ 100 a night for what ??? room at 5 pm for smokers, I don't smoke honestly I don't want to see you anymore this Hotel ..: a company of -5 star

Poor

Front desk clerk was most helpful. Our reservation got lost since we were marked as a no show. There was an event going on so it was going to be difficult to find an alternative. We did appreciate the lighting of parking lot. It was conveniently located near stores and restaurants for quick pick up and last minute essentials. Water pressure was amazing. There were toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Towels were clean, no noticeable stains.

Did feel itchy after the sheets. Did not use the cover sheet. Cleanliness of room was on par. Ac units are older and run noisily. Refrigerator did not work and so did not use the microwave to reheat food since we had to toss food out. Stove light was on and there's no way of reading which direction to turn to but eventually we got the light off and turn it off as well.
