Stayed here to attend local F1 race south of Austin and everything was price-jacked, and this was moderately reasonable in price so chose it. Property is dated. No dishes, utensils, etc. for the kitchenette. Room was acceptably clean except for leftover food from a prior guest in fridge. We were provided two worn bathtowels and two washclothes for two people, one thin bar of handsoap, one bathmat and one roll of toilet paper. On the plus side, there was barely any internal or external noise (property is on highway frontage). Exterior parking area was a bit sketchy. A car up on a jackstand and a couple of possibly homeless people wandering around.

I went to my room. There was no remote control. I went to the front desk and the lady gave me a different one. I went back to my room and found out the remote did not work. I called and went to the office. No one was there. I called the company and they said no one could help me till the next morning. So I was in my room without a TV. I believe I should get a refund.

The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The room had a bit of a cigarette smell but not bad. Jeanna at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The only bad for me was there was no shampoo and conditioner and also no coffee on the property. The mini kitchen was awesome...but a coffee maker with supplies would have be great.

Roachs on side table under alarm clock and 2 roachs in the bathroom as soon as i turned lights on. I had room 217 & it was suppose to be non smoking, reeked of cigarettes & strong musty male cologne. Shower rod ripped out of wall so much i thought it was gonna fall off & hit me in the head every time i used the toilet. Tv remote did not work. Had to get up out of bed to turn volume up or down or to change channel. Phone did not work, alarm clock did not work. Not worth the $89 when i checked in at 8pm - will never return to this property

While the room was clean and comfortable, any amenities were severely lacking. There were no hand towels nor facial tissues. Even though the room had a kitchenette, there were no plates nor pots or pans. They said they don’t provide them any more, even for a charge. The front desk was closed at 9 am when I wanted to check out. The cleaning staff told me the office doesn’t open until 10. I left my room keys with the cleaning staff

I'm completely disappointed with this hotel. First of all the hotel was nothing like I expected. When we arrived there was homeless people in the entrance of the hotel. When we entered, I was charged for the hotel and given my key. When we arrived to the room, the room had a terrible smell, the carpet was damaged and full of stains and the room was nothing compared to what i saw in the internet. Because I was in a rush, I left for the day and when I returned to the hotel at 10pm, I regretted my decision to not walk out earlier that day. I slept with my clothes on because I was afraid the bed was infested with bed bugs, and as soon as the morning came, I left to locate another hotel to stay at for the remaining of my trip. When I checked out, I was charged for two day because I checked out pass checkout time, i was okay with that. But to be told by concierge that I will not receive a refund for my remaining time and I had to contact Expedia upset me. After speaking to a rep and learning that the hotel is not refunding me at all was a huge disappointment to me. I will never stay or recommend this awful hotel to anyone EVER!
