We will definitely stay here again

Me, my husband and daughter stayed there for our two days in Austin. We had a concert Thursday and a college tour Friday. The hotel was great, so clean and the beds were so comfortable. But the best part, and me and my family agreed, was the young lady working the front when we arrived and left. The best customer service. She actually seemed to love her job and she treated us like she knew us and even asked about the concert on our way out AND remembered we were on our way to a college tour in which she wished my daughter good luck for. I’m telling you the over all stay was absolutely the best, but this young lady needs a raise for sure!

Zero Security and Zero Empathy

My truck was vandalized here — rear passenger window smashed and the inside messed up. Staff showed zero empathy: no cameras outside, said cops “won’t help,” and didn’t even follow through on cleaning the glass after offering. I had to cover the window myself with a trash bag. Another truck was also hit, same indifference. Manager never called back. Completely unacceptable.

We had a person smoking on our floor and once we let the staff know they were quick to respond and get the issue resolved

Noisy, terrible location, not as advertised. Pool filthy, no restaurant, no bikes, no train nearby, no entertainment

Great indoor pool.

The indoor pool was great. We took advantage of it and was glad they had towels. We were the only ones using the pool so it was really nice.

It would have been nice for a complimentary breakfast. Also, getting off of the elevator on our floor reeked of marijuana. Not much the staff could do, but the smell was unpleasant.

It was pleasant and staff was friendly.

Easy access off the highway. Central in a good neighbourhood. Facilities were great, especially the fitness centre. I liked that there was an in room refrigerator and coffee available complimentary. There was one water available in the room.

They might provide fresh water since Texas is hot. Although when I asked the receptionist advised I could take a water from the refrigerator. Also there was no do not disturb sign anywhere so I couldn’t tell if housekeeping would enter the room whilst I was out or not.

If it your first stay at Aloft they inform you about all their events. Very welcoming environment with good music and they took time to greet you every time you walk in. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, phenomenal staff and great price. this is a true gem

location is phenomenal. It’s surrounded by lots of great restaurants, less than 5 minutes walk to HEB, activities all around, right off the highway and less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The staff was phenomenal. I can not thank Brittany and Meghan enough for making this stay simple and memorable. You have a for life with me.

Parking gets tight at night & I was not a fan of the parking in the back of the building.
