Over all my stay was good because the room smell and the a/c

The air conditioner didn’t stay on it was on auto and made a loud noise which scared us turn off and on through the night plus that auto made it hot which made it uncomfortable

The location absolutely sucked!

What an absolutely dreadful location--there is only one entrance and exit way and in order to turn around to get to 183A you have to make an immediate u-turn down Lakeside Mall Drive. The city planner who cooked that one up had to have been on crack cocaine and the planning commission who green lighted it were equally drugged. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, which I detest. I spent a few minutes searching and determined that it was the towels in the bathroom that smelled as though they originated from a smoky corner bar. Might I suggest that all towels be washed in Tide Febreze the next time? When I returned home my dirty laundry still smelled like cigarettes.

Overall, while the hotel had some positive aspects, there were several issues that affected our experience.

The hotel was clean, and the location was both good and safe. The staff were polite and welcoming.

The room had a noticeable moisture smell. We switched to another room, which was slightly better, but it still had a lingering odor. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was served from 7 to 10 a.m. But on Monday, even though it was a holiday, breakfast ended at 9 a.m., which was not mentioned beforehand. Other guests also seemed surprised by this change. During our three-night stay, the staff never changed the towels or serviced our room, which was disappointing.

they have a pool to swim in and the water temperature was fantastic. Part of the pool rim was broken off, much like other details around the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean.

Overall the room was comfortable but there are a few things that I would like to declare 1) the fitted sheet on one of the beds was stained I'm sure it was washed but it was was a stain that wasn't clean properly we just put the flat sheet over it to cover it 2) the TV had very bad reception we weren't able to watch a program without the TV glitching or phasing out 3) the coffee pot in the toom needs a deep cleaning I tried making some tea when I poured in the water it came out dingy and 4) there was a hole on the ceiling which was attempted to be covered by a metal plate but the hole could still be seen

Good Stay Overall

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were professional and gentil. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.

I had requested a higher floor room but was placed on the ground floor without any response to my request. While the room itself was very good, I would have felt more comfortable on an upper floor. The only odd part was not receiving any reply at all — even if they couldn’t accommodate the request, a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated.

The location was great and the value was good too. The lobby was very nice and clean.

The property was really nice when you first see it. Then when we got to the rooms the bathrooms were not very clean. The floors in both bathrooms were dirty and the first night(we stayed 2) there were use bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash left in the shower, which looked like it had not been cleaned. When I went to check out Saturday morning there was a handwritten sign on the desk saying that the lady would be back soon and that she was extremely busy, then she came walking in front of outside and threw her lit cigarette down just outside the door and came straight to the front desk with a very strong cigarette smell. She was very nice and friendly but…
