no one at front desk on arrival or departure, room smelled funny, there was a baby roach on bathroom wall and in kitchen area, TV worked, bed seemed clean and comfy and smelled good, parking lot was well lit

Where do i start, took 45 minutes to check in, our room had a musty smell, roaches, on top of that our restroom smelt horrible was leaking from the toilet with urine all over the floor everytime we flushed it!! No breakfast, can only have one device linked to there wifi, they lock out the front desk at 10pm so you have to call and wait around for service. Probably taking naps in the back so they dont have to attend to there guests. There also not there in the morning as well ive never seen this at any hotel!. The beds are very uncomfortable not even bolted into the wall they move around and creak, paper thin walls you can hear people all night and its off a toll road geez i cant say there was anything good about my stay!! I complained to the front desk person nothing not even discount my stay but how would i theres no one there and they dont answer the phone. Just a horrible place and staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

The room wasn't ready when I got there at 345. There was a person in front of me at the desk. We waited for 15 minutes before the front desk clerk came and she started telling the 2 people (janitorial) that were sitting at the table in the lobby that they didn't clean the rooms on the 4th floor. They told here they weren't on the list. I'm other words they were off the clock and not clocking back in. My husband and I went and ate and came back 45 minutes later and there were about 30 people in the lobby waiting for their rooms! Evidently the clerk was cleaning the rooms! So it of worry that the rooms wouldn't be properly sanitized and cleaned, we did not stay at this hotel!

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room cleanliness was not so great. I looked under the bed searching for my eyeglasses and it had not been swept in quite a while, there were used kleenexes, spills, toenails, and other things that were gross. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but we probably will not stay at this location again due to cleanliness.

I mean what can you expect for $80 for the night. We only needed the room for 1 night due to an emergency. Walking to our room the hallway smelled bad, could’ve been due to someone cooking since they have kitchenettes. There was hair on the side of the toilet, bathtub and the fridge. The pillows were the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen in my life. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, had to wait about 10 minutes. There were drawers missing from the cabinets.

The smell of weed was horrible. When mentioned to the front desk they said “oh we don’t smell it” you could smell it in the elevator and in the hallways it was so bad that we were afraid that out employers might think we were smoking. The back entrance was not secure anyone could just walk in without a key card. The back of the hotel look like a party house, the rooms have mini kitchens but if you want to use it be prepared to bring your own pots and pans cups and plates. Or be prepared to pay a ridiculous price for them at the front desk.

This is intended as an extended stay, which I didn't realize. No soap, cups, toilet paper, etc. It should be made clear to guest that it's not for overnights.

Couldn’t get clean towels, toiletries, toilet paper, bed made or basic service of any kind. Front desk says ‘This ain’t no Marriott.’ Handwritten signs all over the place telling guests to plunge their own toilets and take out their own trash. Hotel smelled strong of marijuana. Dog excretion in elevators and hallways. Ended up buying toiletries, towels and pillows at Target because I didn’t have time to shop for another hotel. Will not be back, do not recommend.

When we got there to check in we were told that they had overbooked and we have no room. We had book in advance and there were plenty of rooms at the time we booked. Rather on a who showed up first basis it should have been on who booked first. No apology, no call or contact to even let us know they cancelled our reservation because they were over booked. This is terrible hotel policy.

We didn't even stay the night and went back home because we found 4 roaches in our room when we were trying to go to sleep. Drove home in the middle of the night. one roach was in our bed. The entire hotel also smelled like a cigarette. If this was food I would send it back and demand my money back, but hotels don't work like that. So I guess that was the biggest $75 I have ever got.

We took our first steps into this property and it started off terrible.There was a guy walking up and down the hallways (I presume a guest), that reeked of alcohol. Our underage boy who we had in the group was holding the door for the other guests in our party and this guy shoves him and starts spewing profanities towards him. Nothing stopped him, not even when the mother of the young kid told him to stop. Our male party member had to drop his luggage and confront the man. When we were checked into our rooms, both of the rooms that were booked were dirty. Talked to the front desk and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We waited around for a couple of minutes and another staff came and told us that they would not be able to provide us a room because there is no body to clean the rooms.

Had to add an extra night due to weather and flooding, tired of driving in rain. I found the cheapest hotel and I guess you get what you pay for. No attendant at the front desk because she was upstairs cleaning rooms. When she did finally come down, I felt for her. She was pleasant but overwhelmed, overworked and frazzled. Old looking, bare minimal. No ice, no blanket, no hair dryer. Reeks of smoke in the hallways. The to top it off, it's right next to Haute Spot music venue. So blaring music until 11pm. It does have full size fridge, so had a place to put my cooler goods.

I thought the staff was excellent trying to keepthings flowing. This property has great staff, but it seems like the property lacks many things including enough towels. stayed a week and used the same towel the whole time. Guests lined up to ask for towels. Staff was washing them as fast as possible. Maybe time to spend some money and buy some towels. My room had no soap, shampoo. May be time to buy some hand soap, and shampoo. Again, the staff was the only thing i liked about this property.
