    Nice hotel for a short stay
    Compared to other hotels I stayed before in Austin for work, this hotel was cleaner, more equipped and even cheaper. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
    My room did not have a locker.

    They gave us (me and my pregnant wife) a room close to the some kind of machines that goes on and off every 10 minutes. We couldn’t sleep at all. Didn’t expected this on a Hilton Garden Inn. We chose this branch because we stay in New York’s branch.

    Very comfortable Hilton Garden Inn in a quiet location but close to the highway, with free parking
    We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn a couple times and give it high marks for friendliness of the staff and really comfortable beds with excellent sheets, comforter, and pillows. I am pretty fussy about bedding and found it wonderful, including the pillow which was very soft. Also the shower towels were thicker than at similar hotels.
    Our only disappointment (and it was a small one) was that we purchased the hot breakfast buffet option but it didn't include freshly made eggs. The hot portion included a choice of prepared chafing dishes of scrambled eggs, sausage patties or turkey sausage links. There was no bacon or condiments like shredded cheese or salsa (this is Texas after all). There were biscuits and a gravy. My husband asked the cook if he could have easy over eggs and learned that would be an additional charge. Otherwise, the breakfast was good with several bread choices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, etc.

    I'm not happy with my stay! Your plugs 🔌 right next to the bed on both sides don't work. The TV remote does not work properly as it took us 20 clicks back and forth to get it to go to the guide. But more importantly! I reserved a room and paid for it yesterday just to get here and be told I didn't pay even though I showed the confirmation email that I paid $139 and some odd cents and the confirmation number. I was told that it's on booking.coms fault and that the confirmation # I have is different than what the hotel has. And the worst of all that I would have to WAIT! until yall could get Booking.com on the line and that I couldn't get into my room until then so we ended having to pay AGAIN! and I've still yet to hear from anyone! about where my money is or what happened!
