Great! I love the layout of the room with the bath facilities in a separate room far from the bed.

Breakfast was very good. The sausage gravy one morning wasn’t very hot though. If there was a microwave available, I would have heated up my plate of food. I like salsa picante on my scrambled eggs, and having that would be the “icing on the cake”!

Ice machine on 2nd & 3rd floors still not available. Had to go down to 1st floor to get ice. Would be nice to have more regular coffee Keurig cups in the room instead of the decaf variety. My husband and I had 1 bath towel each, and they were still a little damp between uses. I like one to dry my hair and a second for drying my body off. Our room (202) smelled like mold every time when first entered it, after we’d been gone for a few hours. Maybe bathroom vent/duct fans need some attention?

Relaxing

1. I like staying at this hotel because I like the layout of the rooms in relation to the bathroom. Some hotels have the sink outside of the bathroom, which I don’t think is very private. 2. I like the location because of its proximity to our sons and grandkids homes.

1. There were very few scrambled eggs left when I ate breakfast at 8 a.m, and there was still another hour for the breakfast service to be open. 2. I had to contact the front desk to come up and reset the cable. When I got to my room the TV had “cable disconnected” on the screen. 3. I had to go up or down 1 floor to get ice. There was no ice machine hooked up on the second floor. 4. They served a free dinner with drinks during happy hour but they ran out of chicken for the fajitas before the time serving time was scheduled to end.

Wanted a good night rest, should have stayed somewhere else.

AC change from cool to heat at 2:30 am, this set off the fire alarm. Had to change rooms . No help offered by nice manager, suggested we had temperature to low our fault. No apology from front desk the next morning for the issue. Breakfast was shut down an hour early.

That the spa wasn't working. Not outside towels to use in the pool area. Need a bigger kitchen to provide the breakfast since its very small of the amount of people.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. A lot of eating places around the area and other stores in close proximity.

Everything was fine for the most part and had a very short stay. Housekeeping skipped our room. Had to ask for more towels but that was smooth.

Great Stay Near Lake Travis — Scenic, Lively, but Slightly Pricey

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the outskirts of Austin, especially around Lake Travis. The beautiful and lively area has plenty of great restaurants and live music venues nearby — perfect for a relaxed local experience. While the accommodation was comfortable and the location charming, the price felt a bit high considering it’s about a 25-minute drive from downtown Austin. Still, a solid option for travelers looking to enjoy a more tranquil, scenic side of the city.

Absolutely on point!

Location was perfect!! We frequent our stay here when in Austin because of the location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are always clean and because we stay numerous days, they put us out of the way of high traffic hallways and away from elevator.

There isn't anything we don't like about this facility. It's near a McDonalds and not far from a Starbucks and HEB.

I didn't like the way booking.com did my reservations, they'cancelled my first reservations and changed me a cancellation fee of $229.00 and when I made the same reservation at the same Property they went up on the cost of my rooms!
