Bathroom was super nice. Door going to/from kept sticking which made it hard to open and harder to close. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable. Chair was as well. TV was nice size for the room and there were plenty of channels to choose from. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very nice definitely updated. Breakfast was very good. Bed was wonderful. Lots of pillows. We did have trouble with the air conditioning unit when we were there, but they sent a tech up in the morning who fixed it and then actually the hostess at the Front Desk, she came up that later that evening and had to reset everything and fixed it all in all it was a very good stay

Very nice hotel but should not charge for parking, cook need a few lessons on how to make scrambled eggs, no taste and very crusty, elevator smelled like a used diaper filled with Indian food. On the positive side, Neo, the young lady at check in was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, breakfast also could have used bacon instead of the same old things, every hotel should model their breakfast after Embassy suites

I was taking a shower, soaped up, put my hand on the shower door, and guess what, no door, I almost fell, i had forgotten that the shower was missing a door. Since Wednesday I tried to get a second key because my wife or I can take turns sleep in the room because my little girl was getting a procedure done at the children's hospital. But you card machine was oit of order. In my own humble opinion, my expectations were not met.

The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.

This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Recommended.
