Very clean quiet property with well kept spacious rooms.

It took an hour to check in and I was not offered anything for having to wait and swipe my card several times due to their system issues.

The staff was friendly. Our room was a bit outdated but very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast was not great, but it was good. The size of the room was adequate for us. The hotel is located in a quiet place. Overall, it is a great hotel.

Customer service and staff were very nice

Our room had an ODOR and it smelled like a wet dog, not sure if it was due to previous travelers or if the smell is permanent on the rug and walls or due to poor filters in the air conditioning unit. We bought a febreeze to febreeze the rug but had to do it multiple times a day because the smell did not go away. We complained about it to Lana who informed us that our room received a "routine deep clean" before our stay, but we found a child's helmet toy under the bed (only 4" in from sheets) and nuts under the desk, which tells us the room wasn't deep cleaned at all. The bathroom fan also doesn't work. Would not recommend it unfortunately.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. The bed was wonderful!

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they sprayed the room and whatever they used worked! The pillows were HORRIBLE.
