Breakfast was average. We stayed here because the family we visit is 5 mins away. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The door to get into the hotel was broken and made me worry about my safety. The carpet through out the hotel did not smell good and was filthy. We asked for blankets for the sofa sleeper and the blanket was stained.

2nd chance and failed

The place is easy to access. Fast check-in, the front desk lady was great. They had good breakfast and good variety.

This was my second time I stayed at this place, and door handles still don't work.. ac / heater still has missing buttons, so you really don't know what you need to press. And this is a big one.. the pool was super super dirty, and my son had a pink eye after being in the water. The carpet looks dirty as well .

I liked that the room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

I didn't like that the ac/ heater in the room didn't work. The buttons were pushed in, and the temperature could not be adjusted. I didn't like the temperature of the pool room. It was cold, the temperature of the water was good but the pool room was cold. The lock to the restroom in the room didn't work. It could not be locked.

Horrific Experience

The price

Abusive front desk trainee. I was advised my booking.com reserved room was no longer available. Refused to upgrade me and didn't even ask if I would pay the upgrade difference. Many rooms were not cleaned by housekeeping, and this I believe was the main issue. This has happened before at this hotel and the sister hotel across the way, the Sleep Inn. This rude and vile receptionist has no business being in a customer service capacity. Terrible, foul-mouthed, and inexperienced. Avoid this place and the Sleep Inn.

elevator broken, really dirty, no customer service at all, we booked the hotel for two nights, we stayed there the first night and had to go out when we came back to the room the door was open, good thing we didn’t left anything in the room, tried to call front desk nobody answered, tried to cancel the room and nobody was able to do it, worst service and hotel ever, don’t stay here, it wasn’t even that good price and it wasn’t worth it

Staff support when needing help to recieve extra towels since they forgot to service the room. Breakfast area didnt not have food as staff failed to replenish food after early guest ate most of it. Fire alarms continued to go off every night

Lack of support from staff when we needed to service our room. Fire alarms were on every night. Someone's car was broken into. Staff was rude and were not attentive to customers. Insect bites from bed. Was not worth $80-$90 a night.

I would not stay here again

I liked the location of the property. and that it was pet friendly.

The room was not clean. There was excessive mold on the shower curtain. Electrical was sticking out of the wall. The breakfast was poor. Front desk was never available from check in (7pmish- 7am)

didn’t stay upon arrival a sign was there to tell me they couldn’t accommodate my reservation leaving me forced to find another hotel last minute and spending more then i original plan. no communication from the property. on top of that they still charged me

Overall, below average stay.

The staff allowed us to check in early, for which we are grateful.

Water leak in bathroom could be heard as we entered the room, apparent water damage to the bathroom door making it hard to close. Exterior entrance door did not have a lock, but we were able to lock it from inside. There were AC parts strewn around various parts of the hotel, especially in stairways. Some AC units, wall mounted, did not appear operational. The stafd got the pool ready for guests as ot was closed for repair when we arrived. Guest wash room equipment was oit of service along with the 3rd floor ice maker. We ised the one on the first floor, instead. A large moving truck was stationed outside oir window for most of the night with the engine running. The hotel provided 1 face towel for a family of 5. Breakfast was cold, something I noticed others had posted when thwy visited. Thought it would be corrected. There was a microwave that saved the day. I necer saw any staff visible each time I passed the front desk, but my wife did.

An okay stay but I won’t be back.

This hotel is in a great location right off I-10, has great Texas-shaped waffle makers!

This place is in desperate need of an update. The elevator had no button for the second floor and was broken with no signs of maintenance being done while I was there, the carpet is stained and worn, I had to set in my car for ages after I got there waiting on my room to be cleaned (I eventually got another room), my key card quit working daily. The pool heater was broken, breakfast was a maybe and was very inconsistent on what was available.
