Room seems part finished, no table.

Big tv, good heater, good fridge.

Didn't even open my request for location, put me in a room that seemed half finished, no table and chairs, what's the use off putting a microwave and fridge in the room, if you eat anything, which we didn't, you have to sit on bed with white bedcover. Too bad, this used to be a nice hotel, 20+ years ago, don't like the new design of rooms.

Well, it had a bed. That's about it...

The bed was fairly comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance to a few restaurants so options for dinner/breakfast were easy. The staff was friendly enough and had a cheap ($25) pet fee.

The room looked like it had a tom of water damage to the Extremely loud A/C system. Only three very thin pillows greated us on the bed. Not great lighting in the parking lot. What hotel has a waffle maker at breakfast but doesn't have any forks to eat it with?

Nothing the entire stay was horrible.

Staff was incredibly rude. Heater was broken and blowing cold air. Bathtub leaked and a huge hole in the bathroom wall.

STAFF ARROGANCE

Nothing unfortunate. This time it was a very bad experience.

The staff treated me very rudely. They even canceled my reservation when I was supposed to check in early, where I was only supposed to pick up my room key in the lobby. This didn't happen, and I was forced to look for another hotel due to the staff's nepotism.

La Quinta West on Remcon was great! The receptionist was honest, helpful and very welcoming! What a difference from the La Quinta across the street on Bartlett. Lost my money, my time there without getting a resolution to my complaint/situation there from hotel or you all either. 😓

Staff was mostly trying to deal with bad facilities.

Buildings, facilities. La Quintas around the country all seem to be deteriorating. Hotel grounds felt unsafe.

Disappointed 😞

One receptionist was very helpful with extra towels. The AC and appliances worked.

The elevators do not work. I have bad knees and I was given third floor room, despite my accommodation request. AC noise and wall rattling was unpleasant. Beds were full size not queen beds. The door look like it was broken into before. Cleaning staff was rude when requested a few extra towels. Breakfast is not accommodating, provided only a bread & dairy option. The amenities agreed by the 3rd party not honored by La Quinta.I have stayed at other chains that are cleaner, nicer, roomier, and have a better breakfast for cheaper. Do not plan to stay at another La Quinta if this is what they are like.

Freeway easy access

No pool, even thou we were told it was gonna be open. The side door on the 3rd floor didn't open. Phones in rooms didn't work. The rooms had a bad smell. Breakfast was low on options.

Rooms were dirty, bathroom lighting is dim and fixture was hanging from ceiling by wires. Housekeeping staff were rude. Desk Supervisor was great but though I would receive refund it never occurred.

Location for traveling cross country

I booked a suite thru Booking.com and you required payment before we reached the location with no refund allowed. We checked in at 6pm to learn that the suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We are in our 70s, had heavy bags and stairs are a problem for us. There was a King room available on the 1rst floor but the staff insisted we would have to cancel our booking with you (with no refund) and re-book/pay her. No help was offered with our bags. Once in the suite, we reported no hot water, she checked it and said "it's hot enough" and left it. It was barely warm. She was rude, refused to give her name or the owner's name (claimed to be the owner), which she was not!

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Pets were allowed.

The bathroom was in a state of disrepair. The tub drained so slow you had to take a quick shower or it would fill up. The shower floor was discolored. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling, the hinges were rusted and the bottom of the door was coming apart due to what appeared to be flooding. See attached photos.

My favorite thing about this location is it's location next to I-10. Easy off and easy back on the interstate. Also located near Cracker barrel and so many other good restaurants.

Second floor room. I should have requested a first floor room. Both my wife and I have arthritis and stairs while carrying luggage is kinda hard.

Too noisy overlooking I-10 side.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well.

I'm a regular (was) for 10 years, I booked a handicapped room, stairs are difficult after knee surgery, but don't need handicapped shower, they've tried to put me in 110 before, but I had them change due to the traffic noise on 1-10, even the housekeepers told me this side is noisy, they wouldn't change although there weren't many rooms occupied, I don't sleep well with traffic noise, I have a small quiet stay hotel in Casas Grandes, 9.8 on booking, won't return again if I can't get a decent room of my choice. I go to El Paso for shopping and Dr.'s about once a month.

Gets the job done

Property conveniently located right off the highway. Front desk staff was great, no issues with check in. The property is looking a little worse for wear though. Lampshades crooked and half broken. Tub didn’t drain properly. Water up to my ankles during shower. Water temperature in shower was lukewarm, never got hot. Bed was comfortable though and I felt safe in the location.

Huge room with a comfortable king size bed, everything was clean and nice, the price was affordable, the location is great with 10 minutes drive to the city center and up to 3 minutes to get to every store or restaurant you can think of.

The room was great, wonderful customer service , location was on key. The bed was great and view was gorgeous.

The only bad thing was there was no tv in the front room, there was no usb charger and there was no hot water. There was no Sugar for coffee at breakfast and there should be eggs and bacon or eggs and sauce .

By accident we arrived at another LaQuinta (El Cielo) in El Paso. We asked if it mattered if we stayed there instead of at La Quinta Wyndham. No problem they said. Confident they would arrange it amongst them, we paid there. Notwithstanding our payment there, Wyndham next morning also collected the same amount via Booking.com. We have been trying to get one payment back ever since. They hide and say we have to contact Booking.com for that and the latter so far has not achieved anything for us. Therefore both La Quintas are to be avoided. They are unreliable and Booking.com customers service sucks.
